I used to love their pizza. I would get it at least once a week. The last couple times there has been hair cooked in my pizza. No thanks. Hopefully they can get on their employees about wearing visors or something like they used to do.

This review is for the Garden Veggie pizza. The veggies have been receding further and further to the middle of the pizza, leaving LOTS of crust with virtually no toppings around the outside edge -- 2-3 inches all crust, no toppings, all the way around. Very disappointing. This was not the case in the past.

I have always had excellent customer service here . They do the best they can .
They are often short staffed ,so I take that in to account ,when ordering . People do not understand ,as a walk in it looks empty, and no Orders But they have a lot of phone in ,and online orders . Patience is a Virtue .

I don't what happened tonight but I'm seriously frustrated and disappointed. We made an order this evening and specifically said NO PORK in our pizzas!!! How is that hard to follow?!! Do we need to relearn English / English comprehension? We expected no pork after we baked it. But since it's a stuffed pizza we could not check it after leaving. Not only that after baking and slicing into it to find out our order was not correct I drove back with my dad to get a refund. However when getting there the door was locked and 2 male individuals were there cleaning. I knocked hard twice and they ignored me!! I want my REFUND******!!!!

Heads up if anyone wants to order better pizza elsewhere I suggest looking at other pizza parlors in Martinez or Pleasant Hill. After this experience I will not return.

Busy $12 Tuesday and only one solo worker. She was working her butt off too! She was calm and profesional with letting everyone know the wait time would be longer and then did her best to fill the orders timely! We love it here and would love to see her get the help she needs!

Ordered the chicken garlic pizza. Got it home, no chicken. I called and they said it's cause they ran out. Ummmm soooo tell me!!!! They were supposed to refund my money but never did.

The pizza is always good and we greatly appreciate the flexibility provided by bringing it home to cook in our oven.

Horrible pizza, you pay $10 for a $3 uncooked pizza. All their pictures are a lie , a misleading ads. Never use this brand, go to any other store...

I really do not know what the employee problem is at this location. This has to be the S-L-O-W-E-S-T made pizza in Martinez. I don't care what time you are quoted for pick up, add at least 25 minutes to it and even then drive slowly to the "restaurant".

My experience has been good with this location. I usually send the husband down to go get it and he never comes home complaining about it.

When I call down there to order they usually try and push their "whatever special" of the day. Its kind of annoying but otherwise the people answering the phone are really personable.

We got the Murphys Combo last time and it was really good. It could have been a pizza used in their commercial for how perfect it looked also.

The Cheesy Bread on the otherhand wasn't as good as we had hoped. Skip that if you must.

Except for having to go get it, we have been enjoying our pizzas latley.


I wasn't feeling good and this was the only medicine I needed. It really hit the spot.
