Wayne W.Grand Island, NE071Feb 14, 2020I placed my pizza order at 5:00 to be ready at 7:15. I showed up at 7:25 and was told it wouldn't be ready for another 10-15 minutes. I assume they hadn't even made it. I complained and said I had ordered over two hours ago and it's 10 minutes after the scheduled time. The guy managing said they had been swamped and it was during their busiest time. He didn't offer to make it right or even offer "I'm sorry". All I got was you can wait or cancel your order. I had someplace to be at 7:45 so I canceled. They messed up, forgot my order, but didn't own it or apologize. Will never go there again.
