Tasteless and bland food. On Kronos this is the kind of food we feed our eunuch servant class to keep them weak and complacent. I ended up slicing open my palm to drizzle some flavor over perhaps the most inadequate, disappointing breakfast sandwich this side of the neutral zone. Long Live the Empire!

I'm not sure if it's just dislocation, but if you go anytime in the late afternoon, don't expect to get anything. The service is terrible and the food that comes out is awful. This is not based on one time experience. It's my neighborhood Panera and we quit going there.

I just had another person walk out and say that's the slowest Panera I've ever been in. Make sure you check your order. We have not had the correct items.

the past few orders haven't been that great but this past order sent me over the edge. Lunch for 3 over $50 dollars, but my Roasted turkey Avocado BLT......what the hell (see photos) a very small amount of the turkey and it tasted like the bottom of the pan, bacon was edible at best but the amount of avocado what a joke! For being a national company with a usually great reputation this location needs help!!! Not sure I'll be eating at Panera Bread locations anytime soon.

I ordered my meal through the Panera app. I got the Mac and cheese and French onion soup. When it was delivered I was missing my soup and the seal was broken from the bag. I went to Panera asking them to replace the meal because at that point my other food was cold. They told me they couldn't replace my meal and treated me unfairly so I asked for a refund because I didn't want the cold meal. They told me no. I was so embarrassed I wanted to cry. No one would speak to me until someone (I wish I had gotten her name. She was so kind) finally came over and felt bad and gave me a refund and I only got a refund for half of the meal. Since I also tipped the driver and paid a delivery fee. I paid $22 and got $11 and change back. This is horrible customer service. I came up with fair and helpful solutions. Replace my meal or give me a refund. And they treated me harshly. On top of the receipt it says Accuracy Matters "your order should be correct every time. If it's not, we'll fix it right away, and you a free treat. Just let an associate know" well I did. No one would replace my meal.

My experience was ok
For dinner this evening I ordered some food through their website to bring home. Ordering wasn't very difficult, and they have nice pictures of each item to tempt you. I ended up arriving several minutes after I was supposed to, Panera Bread had already sent me an e-mail saying the food was ready for pickup, and it was ready when I arrived.
I read many of their reviews before I left home, I think the last good reviews were written back in 2018. That did give me a few things to watch for. As for the smell, it didn't smell great but it didn't seem too terrible. I checked the order, and all the stuff was correct. As I said, the food was ready on the rapid pickup table when I finally arrived. I didn't have to interact with anyone, so I can't judge whether people were rude or drugged.
As for the food, I ordered their Summer Corn Chowder and their Toasted Steak & White Cheddar sandwich. I liked the soup, still warm when I got home. The sandwich didn't look that great, and it was just ok. I suppose I'm used to Panera having a high bread to filling ratio, after all they do have Bread as part of their name, but to me it doesn't make for a great sandwich.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0May 7, 2016Previous reviewGreat start to my morning
They open early and I took advantage of that this Saturday morning, arriving a little after 6. I know this place can be very busy but not this early. I was impressed the restaurant was ready for me, happily took my order, coffee was already out and available.
It had been months since I had a bagel and looked forward to this visit. I was in no way disappointed. I knew what I wanted, their cinnamon and raisin bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. It was sweet and really good, and with a cup of dark roast coffee got my day started off great.

Normally I find Panera very reliable. I'm guessing it's a staffing shortage. At noon on a Saturday, the tables are dirty, and the service was slow. That said the woman who took my order was friendly and helpful.
Diet Coke ran out just as I got my drink. There was an employee right there. She offered no help even though I said it was out. I settled for caffeine free DP, but it wasn't what I wanted.

We haven't gone to a Panera in years. So disappointed when we went with friends last night. Dirty floors, dirty tables. Sandwich was thrown together and impossible to eat without dropping food out of it. Food came packaged to go, and we never told them it was to go. We will never go back to Panera. We were looking for a place to go every Monday night after our dance lessons. Six to eight people in our group. That's a lot of business to lose.

Food has been horrible for the last 3 orders, they are done in my book. I had some good experiences a while back and I kept hoping they would solve the issues with quality - sadly the management team is the issue. All problems ultimately are management problems. I will never eat at this location again and suggest anyone thinking about it to seek out other choices. Seriously, the Taco Bell across the street is better and that should be very insulting.

seems there's no air conditioning the customer service is impeccable but an employee named Joyce managed to put a smile on my face when she handed me my food the bread is absolutely amazing the crust and the insides of the baguettes are absolute perfection melts in your mouth with or without butter the bread thats on the wall always looks so good I bought one took it home sliced it and had it with my own food it was incredible I absolutely love this location and the afternoon crew compliments to the baker whomever she is

We live close by and that is the only reason we have returned. The first time we tried it was the day we moved. It was just before closing. The entire order was wrong and too late to return. The next 3 times we tried them, they were out of salad. Yes, shame on us. How can they be out of salad? The last time ( and I mean LAST) I was returning home from having surgery. I ordered chicken with wild rice soup. Got home and it was broccoli cheddar. Ok. I get it. Never again. You need a new manager.
