      Used to be my go to but the quality went down and prices went up. Not worth it anymore

      Consistently good food, good ingredients etc. but WAY too pricey. 30 dollars easily for 2 people and just dropped 55 on 3 (WITH A COUPON THAT TOOK 11 DOLLARS OFF). Out of control prices that don't match the quality. Again- not bad food but prices ran me out of here.

      Rude Service; I won't return.

      I stopped at the Concord NH Panera to get a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I was the second person in line behind a young man placing an order who was on his phone the whole time. Unfortunately, he was more focused on his phone call than placing and paying for his order. Consequently, it took me several long minutes before I was up to place my order.

      So, I ordered my breakfast sandwich and the young man at the register informed me that breakfast ended. I asked what time it ends? He replied, 10:30. I asked what time is it? He replied 10:32. I pointed out that I had been in line for several minutes due to the person in front of me being on his phone.

      The Panera employee at the register rudely stated, "there's nothing I can do."

      That will be my last visit to Panera in Concord. As it turns out, I had a better breakfast at a downtown cafe.

      I ordered a toasted bagel on the app. When I arrived it was no longer warm, so staff was nice enough to toast a new one for me.

      Ordered one hour in advance and drove 30 min to pick up curbside. Arrived 10 minutes early and checked in. The 5 spots for raid pickup were full and I parked next to #1 and checked in. Here it is 20 minutes later and none of the Rapid pick up orders are complete as all the cars that arrived before me are still here. I check in again 20 minutes after arriving and the order is still 'received' but not being prepared. Got an eMail that they are running behind. REALLY? All I ordered is SOUP and it is pre-made. So I called and 'Bonnie' had a huge attitude and when I asked if they are running behind she said 'what's your real question?' I calmly explained the situation and she said 'well I'm not the one who took your order' even though I said I had ordered in one hour in advance online. Then she pulled the idiot dance and started saying 'hello hello hello I can't hear you' and she hung up the phone. There is nothing more rude than ignorant rude people who work in the 'hospitality' business. I was prepared to leave a $10 tip with it being Christmas but not after that rude B**** played games

      The managers here seem very mean to their younger employees. I was trying to pick up my dinner for my family and I overheard an older woman yelling at a younger employee . It was very busy and they looked to be very flustered and confused. I have my own child at home and I would be very upset to see a manager treating my child like this. This problem made me feel very uncomfortable and almost like a hostile environment. Other than that problem, the food was very good and my family enjoyed it!

      Came here for lunch, went to where one would expect to order food and was approached by an employee who asked if we were paying with card or with cash. I told her card, she asked me if she could help me get on a kiosk, I asked if employees didn't take orders for customers, she replied "we really encourage customers to use the kiosks".

      We left - sorry, I have tried using their kiosks in the past, found their menu system cumbersome and really was surprised staff were so resistant to just taking our order.

      Won't be back.

      Being in the military, I don't expect much from anything. Where I regularly come to this location for dinner after being released from duty, I want to sit and unwind while enjoying good food. Lately, it's been harder and harder to enjoy coming here where the manager runs the AC on high and it's below 60 degrees in here! I over heard a little girl complaining to her mom how cold it was and her mother said, "Don't worry, we're not staying." That disappoints me to hear where I love Panera Bread! But I have to agree. It's so cold in this location that my hands often go numb and I have to PUT ON LAYERS of sweatshirts to insulate myself. 70 to 73 degrees is ideal for most sit-down establishment. When I asked if they would be willing to calm the AC down a little so people could sit and eat comfortably, they placated me by saying, "We'll see what we can do." And then nothing changed for the next hour. I'm honestly thinking of finding another establishment to unwind in where I'm just not feeling the customer care here is all that important to the management. I'd love to see a mild difference from a gentle message like this before it comes to that point though. I genuinely thank whomever makes the time to read this and serve in the military for the freedoms we all get to enjoy. Hopefully this is received well and translated over to the manager tactfully.       Where do I start with how unhappy I am? The mobile app doesn't work. I call to place an order and am not told until the end that I have to pay right then...so I pull my credit card out while driving to pay. Then I get there and no one greets me and asks what I'm picking up. Turns out my credit card didn't go through and I stoop there for 5 mins. In the meantime I ordered a loaf of
      Bread and a scone. I pay for the loaf of bread. I don't get the scone. I ask for it... she didn't order it. So I get my credit card out for a THIRD time. Crappy business model. Not very pleasant employees. I'm one unhappy customer. It
