This is one of the larger Pandora locations in the greater Boston area (much larger than the Pandora store in the South Shore Plaza). Pandora bracelets are one of the "easiest" gifts to give to your favorite woman in your life. Really, all you have to do is buy the bracelet and then purchase the charms you'd like separately. There is a warranty on the bracelets and it comes with free-cleanings for the life of the bracelet. Score! We came in here one night to start a bracelet for my mom for Christmas. The associate, Hannah, helped us in a complete no-pressure atmosphere. She was nice and even helped us pick out some charms based on what others purchase for their mothers. $135 for a bracelet and two charms wasn't exactly cheap, but it's a Christmas gift that "grows."

The bad news ... just about every woman, from a middle schooler to a grandmother, has one. However, don't be fooled. When at the store, you won't have to fight amongst middle school teeny-boppers to get what you want. The charms start at $30+ (do you know how many Justin Bieber MP3s you can buy with that kind of money?!)

Highly recommend for great jewelry gifts -- bracelets, necklaces, rings, and earrings -- for that special gal.

I received great service here when buying my mom the mother/daughter charm for her bracelet. Luckily I brought the last one in stock 2 days before Christmas.

Since it's the holidays, the store was super busy, but there was a signup sheet which made service fair and adequate.
I don't wear Pandora jewelry but seeing how it is finely crafted and sparkles, I am considering buying something to add to my jewelry collection.

My mom loves this bracelet, and it was probably one of the best presents I ever got her.

The sales girl was helpful in finding the correct size for her considering I don't know much about wrist size. And she suggested a couple good charms to start her out with.

My only complaint is that I asked if they had any stores in NC because my sister was going to buy some charms down there for her for Christmas as well, and the sales people told me they couldn't give out a list of their stores. They said I could look online but they weren't allowed to tell me actual other locations. Very weird.
