Panda Express

Tried the family dinner special that gives you 3 large entrees and two sides for $30. Best was mushroom ckn but it was brown sauce and no white meat. I don't usually clamor for white meat but ckn breast usually means you get the white sauce mushroom ckn version that I prefer. Kung Pao was good but spicier than I expected. Noodles good. Should have asked for no onions bc I could smell something whiffy but didn't it taste weird. Still. Blk pepper ckn was so full of celery!!! Every dish has 1000% USDA RDA of zucchini. Brown rice needs more cooking, very pebbley.

The amount of food given is very generous. Those little red to-go boxes hold a surprising amount, especially if they pack it in like they did. They were shockingly heavy when I picked up individual boxes.

For the deal I was require to order online. No space for tip on website which I'm fine with. I usually throw some bucks in if there's a person staring me down while I'm paying.

I had asked for plates in the special request section but noticed there were no plates in the bag so I asked again when I was picking up the food. I had an empty water bottle on me that I asked to fill with water at their soda dispenser and the lady gave me a glare of death for some reason. I got my water but I'm pretty sure she cursed it with cholera under her breath haha.

Seems like a good place to get a lot of food for not a lot of money. If you're good with the flavor and really super duper love zucchini, this is a keeper.

I've eaten at many Panda Express's and this one is by far the worst! Terrible customer service and the mushroom/zucchini chicken were served like scraps - absolutely zero mushrooms, and the chicken looked like leftover bits and pieces - not the usual fresh chicken chunks at other locations.

To top it off, both Tim and Lenny were rude enough to tell me that I couldn't put my 2 yr old grandson on the counter. What else am I going to do when I have both a 2 and 4-yr old and trying to order lunch? I'm not exactly superwoman with extraordinary strength and holding 2 boys was a bit tough since the line was long and the wait was arduous!

AND trust me, Lenny DID NOT TELL ME that I would be getting a water bottle from the fridge for the Cub's meal. He is an awful cashier - no greeting - no thank you for coming in! The Cherng's better visit this particular restaurant. These people are giving Panda Express a "bad" name.

I wanted to tell these two RUDE people that I'm a spy for the Cherng's, but thought better not.

Service and the quality of the food was AWFUL.

Going to try and give this location another try after years of not going due to poor customer service.

I like fresh ingredients, just cooked, flavorful food which Panda Express is. I travel to different locations for work so often eat at multiple Panda Expresses. (I spend thousands of dollars a year at Panda Express)

This Culver location in past was the worst of them all. The times I had been there years ago, felt like a burden to the staff. The first time I came in (after driving 15 minutes to get there since having a Panda Express craving lol) I was first in line and there was an employee there scooping up food and never looked up to greet or say "I am finishing this to-go order and will be right with you"- Nope, nothing! As the line grew behind me to 7 people, still no acknowledgment for any of us from any employee. We are on our lunch break. Persons behind me spoke up but no response. Some behind me left. I wished I would have left as the employee that did respond finally acted like it was an imposition to get me food.

It has been years and am working more in Irvine so going to try again and hoping for a warm welcome and serving of food like at other locations.

Have only ordered from this place 2 times and two times they either mess up or are missing items when you order delivery from them

Was missing fresh spring rolls and last time got my bowl wrong when i clearly paid for the extra steak flavor meat

Panda Express is known for PILING up food in their containers so that it overflows from the sides. Unfortunately this location doesn't seem to do that.
The food itself was alright. A little on the blander side compared to other Panda Express I've been to. Hopefully it was just the cook today.
The staff is friendly and understanding and deserves a 5 star rating. I witnessed them successfully deescalate a situation where another customer didn't understand why they were using a bigger container when he wanted a single item plate but they were able to calmly and clearly explain that they didn't didn't have anymore single bowls and had to use the bigger container.
The inside of the restaurant is very clean and tidy. There were no crumbs or trash sitting on the tables or on the floor.

This location of Panda Express is quite good. It is located closer to where I live. I come here frequently, because it's convenient. My favorite items are black pepper chicken, sesame chicken, and chicken with string beans. The decor inside is nice and modern, which I like. I enjoy coming to this Panda Express because it is consistently hood. The only complaint that I have is that they don't always have the black pepper chicken.

I arrived at the Culver location, and realized that I had messed up my online order. I told Ivan about my mistake, and he was quick to help me fix it in a timely manner. Thanks for the outstanding service, Ivan!

Employees here are so incredibly rude and miserable all the time for no reason at all. There are multiple complaints about it yet management leaves the same bitter unprofessional people to drive away customers. Workers will roll their eyes at you if you get there anytime before 11AM (even thought they open at 9:30AM), completely ignore you if you want to pick up an online order, etc. If you are in town, go to the other Panda Express at Von Karman plaza, have never had a problem there and they have a drive thru.

Does NOT have a drive thru despite what is listed on Apple Maps. They really should update the incorrect information on the listings

For the life of me I cannot figure out why people go eat there. I told my self never again but I did. They are so stingy with their food. You can go to any other chinese food place out there and they give you so much food it is for 3 people and it takes the same if not better. This place is a total rip off barely enough food served for one person. I swear I saw the girl count how many orange chicken she served.
