Palm Beach Tan

I'm leaving this review solely because David deserves a round of applause an appreciation. He's always in a great mood, greets everyone at the door and remembers their names. He's very knowledgeable about the beds and the products he even introduced me to products that I didn't know that I needed. He's a valuable member to the Palm Beach Tan team. Go David! The only reason I didn't leave five stars is because the beds could be a little bit cleaner. Regardless, between all the salons in San Antonio and Austin this is my favorite location. Keep up the good work guys.

Josie was an absolute God send on my visit. I'm very new to spray tanning and she expertly walked me through EVERYTHING. I was immediately comfortable because of how patient, kind, and knowledgeable she was. There was a gentleman working as well that was SO nice and hilarious but I did not catch his name.
10/10 recommend this location. Staff are angels and they know their stuff.

We are getting ready for a Caribbean cruise in a couple of weeks, but had to go to San Antonio for business for a couple of days and wanted to keep up my pre-cruise tanning regime so I Yelped up this place and started my drive over. The place is SUPER clean and the nice young lady behind the counter could not have been more friendly. I purchased a one-time tan for a very reasonable price and she showed me how to use the bed and I was good to go!
I would definitely recommend this place, and only wish I had one near me so I could take advantage of their monthly tanning packages!

Love this location. Hala and Courtney are super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable on all products and beds. No matter what time of day I arrive to tan. They're both always so welcoming and polite. Beds and store are super clean.

First time tanner and I loved it so much. Hala in the front was such a great guide into this experience, she offered top notch customer service with a great attitude especially considering how early in the morning it was!! Thank you for making my experience special! Id recommend coming here to anyone, the beds have build in Bluetooth speakers making for a catered personalized experience. I recommend getting the axis moisturizer and the emerald bronzer for your face.! Thanks again !!

I've spent a lot of money on my membership here. I went in for a spray tan and asked for a specific formula. The employee said she recommends dark without any other shots. I said ok fine, you know best. 2 days later I am super spotty and it's peeling. The color is unflattering with my natural undertones. The employees don't seem to understand how the solution works and they didn't let me get the extra moisturizer that many other places offer. I asked for it. I don't know if it wasn't working on this particular day or if they just don't have it. But either way the solution here is low end. I've been getting spray tans for 20 years. I had my own spray tan machine at one point and I'm familiar with the many solutions. They're going very low end at this location and it results in low quality. I give two stars only because the facility was clean

HALA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! She's awesome at what she does and is very accommodating!! I come to this location because of her and April!!

I purchased a membership last month, the young lady who took care of me was beyond kind and very helpful. Her name is April A. There is also another girl named Hala who is incredible at what she does! She's always keeping me updated on new lotions, promotions, etc. She never makes me feel like she's just trying to push a sale on me, and genuinely cares about my comfortability and experience there at Palm Beach Tan. I haven't really had any problems with any of the other staff members, but Hala & April are the BEST to me! They both always have a smile on their face when they greet me, even if I come in at the last minute to tan. Palm Beach @ Basse is lucky to have both of these young ladies on their team! I appreciate them both very very much! Thank you ladies!!
