Pacifica Senior Living MillCreek

We visited Pacifica when we were going to place my mom in a Sr Living home. We instantly liked Pacifica, it was clean, quiet, friendly and offered many amenities, oh and the food smelled and tasted great. Jill's positive and caring attitude made it much easier to decide on Pacifica. Although, we did not place my mom, due to other circumstances this is a place I would come back to if the need should arise. Again, a big thank you to Jill for all of her assistance and for helping us through this transition.

My mother had a stroke about 15 years ago, we have tried different senior facilities throughout that time. This New Forest facility is great. The staff is very thoughtful and the director Randy has been the most compassionate we have encountered. We highly recommend considering this facility for your loved ones.

For years, I have known family friends who have chosen to live here. The atmosphere at Pacifica Millcreek is very positive and you will often hear laughter and happy conversations from staff and residents. The staff genuinely cares deeply for the residents and goes the extra mile to take care of the smallest of needs. They work very hard because they want to and have great pride in their individual responsibilities. The residents appreciate how they are treated with kindness and respect and have a sense of family. They love the variety of activities and the fantastic food. Family members come often to visit, eat and participate in activities. Background checks and drug testing are most definitely done here. The Executive Director/Administrator is very caring for the residents and dynamic in attending to their concerns and needs. He is very visible and goes the extra mile to care for both residents and staff. Many of residents come because of word-of-mouth recommendations. I would highly recommend Pacifica Millcreek to anyone in need of assisted/independent living.
