This company is the best of the best. Beautiful work and professional service. Pacific Drapery did the window coverings for our entire house about four years ago and I couldn't be happier, still, with the results. I called them recently for help with a very minor maintenance issue on one of our roman shades and they were wonderful in assisting me. We'll certainly return to Pacific Drapery the next time we need drapes, curtains, or shades.

I live in a small top-floor condo that has large sliding glass doors that look over University Avenue. I didn't want to block the view and never installed any kind of window coverings. But, now that I'm renting it out, I had to put something up there for the tenants.

I had no idea what to do with it and a limited budget. Kathy came up with a beautiful and practical solution that was budget-friendly. Faux silk blackout drapes. Total privacy when you want it. Push them over to one side when you want to see the beautiful view. They look sophisticated and they should be durable enough to withstand daily use.

Also, I needed them installed fairly quickly. They actually came in before my requested deadline.

Everyone at Pacific Drapery is very nice. From Nancy, who set the appointment to Ivan, who installed the drapes.

Kathy has an amazing eye for what will work in a room. With her encyclopedic knowledge of color, texture, and weight she helped me select drapes and shades to transform our home into a haven and our guest house into a retreat. The floor length white pleated sheers on black rods in our living and dining room are stunning. And the Roman shades in the bedrooms coordinate beautifully with our furnishings. Ivan completes the team with precise measurements and flawless installation. For quality custom window treatments you need look no further.

I can't say enough about this company. Kathy shows up prepared to match my ideas and visions. She goes out of her way to find specifics I'm looking for. Makes my process short and simple. Her knowledge from pleats to tassels, lighting, to design. She is the go to. Ivan is also amazing at telling me where I want my measurements for each room. Every drapery is different. It is an ART and they nail it. They have done all my Children's nursery's. The quality is incomparable and my kids sleep peacefully in a perfect blacked out room. My living room drapes make me so happy. They have even repaired custom drapes I have done before that were done incorrectly. I cannot thank them enough!!!

I had the best experience with Kathy and Pacific Drapery! I was looking to have some custom curtains made for our French doors and really wasn't sure which direction I wanted to go. Kathy was so friendly and knowledgeable and went over all of my options. Also, she was quite patient with me because I was having a hard time making a decision. Their installer Ivan was very helpful as well with the final details.

This is our second time using Pacific Drapery. First was for our condo in Hillcrest which had floor to ceiling windows. Kathy recommended motorized window shades which were functional as well as very esthetic. We just recently moved to an Oceanside condo which had original bamboo window shades. Couldn't wait to get rid of those. Kathy recommended shutters that go with our beach theme. The white shutters are well crafted and has made our condo look light and bright. The installers (Paul and Allen) were extremely meticulous and paid attention to every detail. Once again we are very happy with Pacific Drapery and highly recommend them.

My wife researched drapery companies on-line and decided to call Pacific Drapery. Kathy came out last month (Nov. 2019) with a car load (not an exaggeration) of fabrics for us to choose from. Kathy narrowed the selection down based upon my wife's input, and the fabric was selected. Kathy measured the bedroom, gave us different style options, suggested the lay-out and hardware, and we liked what she proposed. We sealed the deal and the order was made. Their installer, Ivan, then came out and measured the room again, and assessed the installation. Today (12.11.19) Ivan and his helper came out and installed the drapes. They look fabulous, and Ivan and his helper were friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. We will definitely use Pacific Drapery for our future drapery needs, and encourage you to have Kathy come out to your house with her car load of options!

I had a special request for a room divider that would have the same material and look equally nice on both sides. In addition the material was quite heavy. Kathleen and the team came up with the way to make this happen, though it was not a standard curtain that covers a wall.

Kathleen verified the measurements, made several suggestions and provided options for me to chose from. She also gave me practical tips about hanging the curtains. That really helped.

The result is a beautiful set of curtains panels that look rich and function very well.

Overall I am a very satisfied customer. Kathleen, Iris and the staff were also very friendly and responsive, a nice added bonus ...

I am a repeat customer of Pacific Drapery. They've customized my curtains and most recently, created a beautiful bedspread. All of the staff are very welcoming, creative, and competent - but the company's owner and president, Kathleen, leads by example. She is a kind soul and knows her stuff. If there is a more cost effective way of getting the project completed, it will be suggested. Nevertheless, I always feel that I paid for a quality product and that they are a principled company that takes pride in their work. I will always come back for any needs within their purview. An A+ company, for sure!

In 2019 my c'mas gift to myself was new window coverings for my living and dining rooms. I called Pacific Drapery and was pleased by their friendliness, helpfulness, and willingness to work within my schedule (phys therapy 3x a week). Kathy, interior designer, was amazing to work with and helped me make the perfect choice for my rooms and my taste. The installer (sorry, don't remember his name) was professional, cheerful, and asked my preferences at a couple of points to ensure I was pleased with the outcome.

The drapes and Roman shades hang perfectly and unify my rooms. I was so pleased with everyone at Pacific Drapery. Makes me wish I needed more window coverings!! :o)

Kathy, our designer, was terrific! She understood the look we were going for, the reasons we wanted a heavy fabric and heavy lining, and her patience as we selected just the right fabric should get her a sainthood.
