This a great business. Do not buy the yelp deal. They did not authorize it and the voucher cannot be accepted.

I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years because of the way they treated me as a new customer back then. I had a gravity-feed poultry waterer where the "O" ring failed (this is a critical part that keeps it sealed so that it doesn't leak/drain completely empty during use, but always wears out long before the waterer does!) and went to them for a replacement part. They didn't have any in stock, but they did have the same model of waterer on hand. Rather than offer just an apology and an offer to special order the part (or sell me a new waterer), the clerk removed the "O" ring from the stock waterer and handed it to me, free of charge, stating she'd replace it and put the waterer back in stock when a replacement "O" ring came in. I was floored - and hooked. The faces have changed over those 20 years but the level of service hasn't - if I listed every example of how these folks have gone "above and beyond" for my beloved "fur family members" it would fill the whole page.

Lovely place. Very helpful knowledge staff. Vast array of stuff for farm and pet. Staff always so ready to lend any kind of assistance if needed. Highly recommend .

Had a pretty good first experience with puppy training class. Of course there was one couple that monopolized the instructors time. Maybe they'll drop out. The instructor tried her best to keep each puppy in check during the down times. My puppy is looking forward to meeting her friend tomorrow.

The customer service here is fantastic. The staff even knows my dogs' names. They have all the food, dog treats, and supplies I need for my dogs, and rabbit. They have great deals on pet foods and frequent buyer programs. In addition they have great events for families throughout the year. They also do a great deal for the community. It's a family owned business that has been around for a long time and they truly care about their customers. You can also bring your dogs on a leash! Great place to shop!

Great family owned and run business in Oxford! They support the Oxford community in so many ways. Thier employees are always happy, knowledable and professional. Thier feed is wonderful and fairly priced. The store merchandise is wonderful.

I have a really nice RDI rail system on my deck. One of the brackets holding the handrail broke. (It broke due to stress. It could have been avoided had I installed it correctly). I found the replacement part on Oxford Feed & Lumber's web site and ordered it. Well, it turned out that the part was discontinued and out of stock.

The easy way out would have been to tell me that the part was discontinued and out of stock. BUT, David O. calls the company rep who offers to have a set made so he could fill my order. I got the parts today, and they are perfect!

I can't remember the last time I got "out of this world", way "over and above" service like this from anyone. I don't get to the Oxford area much, but I will visit his web site when I need something.

I've never been in their store, but I already feel like they want me to be their customer. They sure went out of their way to demonstrate that.
