We love this little park. There's a playground and basketball court for the littles and a paved walking path for all. The walking path takes you around the playground and through a beautiful little nature preserve. It isn't a really long walk but the vegetation and wildlife are pretty. We've seen deer, squirrels, frogs, birds, snakes and more. The restrooms are always clean and stocked. The lawn area is always well manicured.
The reason we gave four stars is that after a rain, there are a couple areas on the walking path that are covered with water. They are very slippery. It would be nice if they maybe raised the concrete or created a slight bridge in those areas.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Candra K.Nashville, TN802Jun 11, 2017
We recently moved to the area and decided to check out this park. I love the walking trail. My husband and I usually go after work to take a few laps. Never crowded or noisy, but then again we haven't tried going on the weekend. Perfect amount of trees and green space for activities. Can't wait to spend more time there.

I really enjoy this park.
The playground is nice and open with plenty of places to watch your children. They have a wonderful walking path and restroom facilities.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jennifer J.Buffalo, NY461969May 11, 2011First to Review
I love this park. My daughter calls it the "Hippo Playground" because there is a Hippo Tunnel there. It looks like it is a relatively new park. The play structures are Little Tykes industrial and include two seperate structures, one for 2-5 year old and one for 5+. The best part about this playground is that the restrooms are VERY CLOSE to the playground, perfect for potty training, and other little ones who are so wrapped up in playing they forget they have to go until they REALLY HAVE TO GO. There is a simulated rock wall for kids, 7 slides, monkey bars & two rows of swings. There are also basketball courts and covered picnic tables you can reserve for parties. The only downfall to this park is that it is new, so there is NO SHADE. It gets pretty hot out there. Make sure you have lots of fluids for the little ones.
