Outdoor Adventures Saginaw Bay Resort

Nice, well maintained campground. The environment is family friendly and there are many activities for all to enjoy. The WiFi is free, but the signal needs to be boosted. Cell coverage (Verizon) is great throughout the campground. They could use more full hookup sites as these are few and far between. The staff is not friendly or courteous. They seem to pick and choose which rules they want to enforce, and the rules don't appear to be applied in a fair and equal manner. My 19 year old twins, who were sitting quietly in the hot tub with their mother, were asked to leave the pool during adult hours as they did not have their ID with them. To be clear my wife was with them, and who takes their ID to the pool!

We have stayed at the Saginaw Bay resort multiple times and have thoroughly enjoyed our stays each time. While some minor maintenance issues are present, such as gazebos with spider webs overtaking them, this in itself is not an impacting factor on our enjoyment. Yes, they have set rules to ensure that the sites are safe and not damaged, which is one of the qualities which drew us to Outdoor Adventures in the first place. We LOVE staying here

Awful customer service. Very uncaring, unkind people.
They charged my family $120 because we had a crises happen and couldnt keep our reservation. When I tried explaininh the situation, they couldn't care less. They care about their rules and bottom line. Not people or families. It suppose to be a family campground.

So this place is terrible, I went up to the store in the camp ground and it was closed then we went to the concession stand and it was also closed they both shouldn't even closed at the same time my family and I only went to get a snow cone this place is trash I do not recommend coming here don't waste your money here!

Great place for families but not overly friendly - lots of rules and overseers. Large park with first come first available policy. Beautiful location.
