Outback Steakhouse

Erica, our waitres, was outstanding. I had not eaten at an Outback in over 20 years. The food was just as delicious and the service was friendly. We will definitely be back. I love the new and fresh look of Outback Steakhouse.

I don't know why I'm wasting my time and yours writing this.

Twice since this location opened we went in only to be told there was a wait when clearly the restaurant was almost empty. We left both times. This restaurant is clearly mismanaged.

Recently we tried again. Same story. The place was almost empty but we waited 10 minutes to be seated. Downhill from there. Extremely poor service, long wait between courses, mediocre food and outrageous prices.

I have worked too hard for my money to feel like I've been hosed when I leave a restaurant.

Need I say more?

I will NEVER go to this, or any, Outback again!

I'm giving five stars because of the exceptional service. Our server was JD. He was great from start to finish, came to our table quickly, our food was served promptly, he checked on us frequently and even though the restaurant was quite full when we left, he took a few minutes to chat about our plans after lunch. Ask for JD; you won't be disappointed.
Oh, and the food was delicious also!

They have never gotten a delivery right. Whether it's another service or their own they have never included everything with an order. Then after I've paid for delivery they ask if I live close enough to come get what ever they forgot and offer me a voucher I can only use in store.

We went as we had a gift card. Thank god because I would have never paid $100 for 4 of us. A waiter gave us someone else's food, in which the manager had to come out and take back, then after almost 40 minutes waiting for our food, we arrived at 4:30, we got our food and my steak was barely warm. My son got alfredo which did NOT taste like alfredo. My brussel sprouts were burnt and so was our blooming onion. The waitress was very sweet and we left her a good tip but I will not be going back.

So we have-not been to the outback in like 15 years. Years ago I remember their product to be over salty. Not much difference in the seasoning department. Fries were still a bit on the salty side. I had the SIRLOIN & AUSSIE CHOOK RIBS Our signature center-cut sirloin topped with roasted garlic butter and paired with four of our NEW Aussie Chook Ribs The Steak was cooked perfectly and it wasn't over seasoned or salty tasting. The Chook ribs chicken ribs slow cooked until tender then grilled. Drizzled with a smoky aioli. These were tasty but very dry which I find unusual for thigh meat.
The wife had a special portion of their twisted ribs they actually gave her 5 nice sized ribs that has a fried texture but still tender she enjoyed a Bake Sweet Potato with Cinnamon Butter. She also had THE WALLABY DARNED® A frosty combination of peaches, La Marca® Prosecco, SVEDKA® Vodka and DeKuyper Peachtree® Schnapps which she said was perfect.
over all not a bad meal but not much changed over the years except the location. Maybe I should just stick to ordering the Blooming Onion.

I'm gonna be honest, I came here against my better judgement that was based off the negative reviews.

Arrived here around 5:30ish for a random dinner date with the wife and boy was I surprised! Wasn't busy at all, so this didn't help with my hesitation

1. Greeted upon entry
2. Waiter came and took our drink orders
3. She came back with water just because while we waited for our drinks from the bar *that's a good thing*
4. Took our orders promptly
5. Food arrived in good timing
6. THE WINGS ARE AMAZING!!! Trust me or don't and get flavorless wings from somewhere else!
7. The bloomin chicken or whatever was also amazing and piping hot!

I tried to find a complaint but I don't have one... maybe I'll check the bathroom on the next episode of Dragon Ball Z! Outback Steakhouse owes me nothing!

Love this Outback. Will be back again. Kids enjoy the Mac & cheese. Adults enjoy the steak. Tight parking lot.

Delivery. Arrived warm. Good portion. Plenty of sauce on my ribs. They were Delish. Gave extra butter for my potato. Good size. I will buy again.

I'm not normally the type of person to place a super negative review, but my experience tonight was far from enjoyable. I try to be super understanding when waitresses aren't the most welcoming. I understand that sometimes you're just having a bad day and I try to be cognizant of that when I'm dining. But our waitress tonight was callous, impolite, and checked on us so infrequently that the man who brought our dishes from the kitchen saw us more than she did. She did not ask us how we were doing until right before she was going to bring the check out, and every interaction prior almost seemed like it was a chore for her. She suddenly acted sweet right as she brought the check, and very conveniently circled the recommended tip section with a written "thank you!"

But beyond staff, the food was also quite abysmal. The blooming onion was somehow both burnt on the outer edges and raw in the middle, the potato soup was borderline cold, the mashed potatoes were cold, and the steaks had no seasoning whatsoever (I have never had to season a steak at my table before today) and was unpleasantly charred on the outside.

I unfortunately would not recommend this location to anyone. Which is such a bummer because I truly enjoy other Outback locations
