Been going here since I was a kid and I'll go as long as they are open.bare bones menu but all the faves done right. Love love love this place.

This place is one of my favorite little hole in the wall gems whenever I travel back to San Jose (I now live in Sacramento). It's nestled right in the middle of the hood, in a dingy parking lot, but the food is delish and it's super cheap. They're cash only, just FYI, but there is an ATM inside if you need it. I usually get a 3 item plate (it'll last me a whole day and maybe breakfast and lunch tomorrow!) with brocolli chicken, sesame chicken, and half rice half chow mein. Everything I've ever had from this place has been delicious. I won't lie, if you're in the mood for a nice place with a sit down and enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant sorta place, this isn't for you. They're cafeteria style, and it's not a particularly nice place. But if you're in the market for some cheap, flavorful, convenient food and nice staff, stop on by. Don't let the outside or area deter ya.

I wish no stars was an option. I got food poising after eating here. Will NEVER come back. There's so many other really good cheap Chinese places in SJ and this place ain't it. DO NOT TRUST THEIR ORANGE CHICKEN, that's what got me sick.

I actually would give this place a 3.5 stars. Definitely a quick cafeteria line style place. Get in line, order what you want, pay and get what you order. Simple and fast. Potions are very generous and for $15 I got: 1 qt hot and sour soup 1 qt wonton soup Large order of chicken and broccoli 3 egg rolls Small white rice. All that enough to feed 3 of us on a chilly evening when we want soup more than food food. I also inquired about party trays. Most small is $16 for rice and noodles. Small meat or chicken trays are $29 Definitely good pricing to feed a crowd. Remember is cash only so be ready with it. And the ppl I dealt with today were very nice. I'll be back when I'm in the area and want quick and cheap Chinese food.

Been going here for years, food is great and they give you big portions for your money. If your a picky eater you won't like this place but if your open minded check this place out for sure.

This place has been here for a long time. My mom used to bring us here all the time when I was a kid. They serve big portions and it's delicious. There veggie egg rolls are my favorite.

Only giving 1 because it won't let me give a review without a all I can say is health department needs to visit this place. I say just don't eat here it's so gross

This is like that hole in the Chinese place you grab food when you're waiting for your car across the street to finish with the oil change.. LOL! Real talk, this place is a hit or a miss, sometimes the food the freshly cooked and taste like heaven but then at times it could have been sitting there for a while and taste like poop. I do recommend you order the House Chicken! I cant even explain how good it taste! Also the old asian ladies here stack up the plates, they're not shy and will make your $7 dollars feed two people. OH YEAH, CASH ONLY! don't come with your pockets empty cuhhhh.

I am so glad I find this place ! Their food is so good ! Especially the salt and pepper chicken and salt and pepper fish is the best of the world !

CASH only and HUGE servings. I have only had the chow mein(loved it) and heard from others the meat options are alright. The service was fast and the women are adorable and friendly. Oh and it is super CHEAP.

Horrible food MSG MSG MSG. We ended up throwing it away after a few bites. HEALTH HAZARD IS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! This place does not look sanitary AT ALL! Portions were indeed huge but food was so bad that it made Mr. Chaus seem like gourmet Chinese Food. You couldn't pay me to go back. You've been warned.

Warning. They won't make you anything. You have to eat whatever is on their pans In the buffet. Can't figure out the difference between here and Panda Express. Came here for good chinese food. My mistake.

First and last visit. I wouldn't normally write a review for this caliber food, but feel obligated to do a public service. If you are looking for Panda Express's dirty older brother, eat here. If your idea of chinese food is overcooked leathery meat in an oversweetened cornstarch thickened sauce, eat here. If you are into dirty grimey sauce splattered walls, dilapidated floor tiles, and eating among cases of unopened soda, then this is your spot. The boxes of food I saw going out from behind the sneeze gaurd were overflowing as if they had a product they needed to get rid of, two stars for portion size and low price. There is no wiping down of the tables with any regularity. You have to possess the stomach of a barbarian to eat more than a few bites. All the signs were there telling me no, but being starved and working in the area I went against my conscience. The prostitute patrolling the parking lot should have been all the message I needed, but no "sometimes the hole in the wall has the best food." I got the house chicken and honey ribs, based on other reviews. It took all off 2 bites for me to ask myself, "has life come to this?" Not possessing the will to ask the guy, serving food, for my money back I placed the box in the garbage. I walked past the clean Indian establishment wishing I had made a better decision. Even Jack In The Box would have served my stomach as good.

1 star for not accepting cards for payment. ATM inside charges you $3.50 for taking $ out. Horrible.

Garbage. Straight garbage health hazard food! The meat they use is either old or there's something wrong with it. I seriously had like 3 spoons of it and had to stop eating for fear of getting food poisoning. The smell of the meat tells me alone that they probably have food contamination going on. The inside is nasty too, I wonder how much worse is their backroom and storage. PLEASE DON'T EAT HERE FOR YOUR SAFETY!

I love this Chinese restaurant! I've been going to this place for almost 14yrs now! It's a small restaurant that only has a few tables available if you want to dine in but it's okay, I usually order to-go anyways. What I love about this place is that, even though it is family owned and small they never fail to deliver good quality food for a cheap affordable price. I always order the 3meal combo. I sometimes switch from chowmein or fried rice but they also allow you to get half/half! Their honey boneless ribs and BBQ ribs is to die for! Definitely my favorite out of all of the other dishes... but hey I can't say the other dishes are not worth trying because they are also good! Overall, I would never trade this restaurant for any other fast food chinese restaurant! I'll be forever loyal! Hehe! PS. Did I mention this place is CHEAAAAPPP?!!?

I just went to this place today just on the reviews on here. I wanted to try something new and close. I highly regret it. The service was good, hooked it up with chow mein but the food tasted horrible. I couldn't even finish my plate. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
