Love that you can go anywhere and find an OTF! This location in Portsmouth is clean and compact. Front desk workers are very nice and efficient. I took two classes. Coaches were ok. I appreciate and prefer when they correct you when your form isn't on par and neither coach did corrections. I would definitely return.

Great gym! I love the concept of sessions that focuses multiple areas: treadmill, rowing and floor exercises (free weights, TRX, core, etc) all in one workout template. The coaches are wonderful motivators, and I get encouraged to push myself to get "uncomfortable"! :) The staff (coaches, front desk, Sherry the owner) are friendly and personable that they know their members' names. Every time I go to the studio, I get a "Hi Jen!" Always feel welcomed every time.

This location is well run, clean and very professional. For a fraction of the cost it's almost like personal training. The workouts have helped me get back in shape and the kindness and non- judgmental attitude make this my GO TO
location even though I drive in from 'away'

Im an overnight travel nurse and have been coming to this orange theory for weeks. I have enjoyed every second of it and the trainers are amazing.

However, on my way to the 10am class, there was a detour and I arrived at 10:06. The owner harshly greeted me at the door and told me I couldn't go in. I explained to her that I never knew about this rule and if she could grant me a one time exception and she told me no and showed me the policy. I would never treat a customer that way. This has honestly upset me so much, I drive 20 minutes to get to class because I love it here, but I cancelled my membership on the spot. Not only was she rude, but completely inflexible.

People are having a hard enough time right now during Covid, especially as a nurse, the least she could have done was allow me to work out this one time, seeing it was 10:06.

Disappointing

Probably a good option for young people under 30 but even older people in good shape can injure themselves here. Terrible choice of music if over 30. Save your joints and find another workout. Also too difficult to schedule.

I don't get it.

I asked for a refund of 8 of my 10 works I bought in Feb. I went to 2 sessions (in not a friendly groups ) in late Feb and early March before it shut down

I don't feel comfortable going back there.

That they will not give a refund when other do speaks volumes about their customer service.

This is the worst scam of a gym I've ever seen. The membership department charged our card for four months after we cancelled, even though they happily accepted our cancelation of the membership. The owner made up a bunch of Lies to attempt to steal money, and even worse,
Refused to answer the phones when we wanted clarification as to why are canceled membership was still being charged.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

600 plus calories burned in a one-hour, fun, motivating workout with supportive and knowledgeable coaches!

I have been a member for a year and a half and there is no instructor turnover which is amazing. They really get to know you and whet you can go to push you!

Cardio and weight training in one workout covers everything you need to get in your best shape!

A local gym doesn't get much better than this!

Have been twice and have enjoyed it. Time flies by. Much better than going to gym. Nice people as well.

The coaches here are great BUT the customer service is terrible - BEWARE! I tried to cancel my membership because I am training for a race and am on a specific training program, and when I called before my billing date I was told that I didn't need to cancel and they could just freeze my account, no big deal. The person I spoke to on the phone was unauthorized to freeze my account and left a message for the studio manager Pam. I called multiple times and left messages to have them call me. Finally 30 days later - on my next billing date, they called me back and told me they couldn't freeze my account because of the length of time, and that I had to pay for another month of membership. All I was told was, sorry we can't refund the charge we've already put through because the studio manager just saw the note. Terrible customer service.
