Orangetheory Fitness Greenville

I went and wasn't feeling the greatest due to my blood sugar, I passed out and they were so great to me. They gave me some snacks to raise it back up and checked up on me. Would definitely go again!

I would give it more stars because it's generally a good place to workout and trainers are good (some good, some excellent, none are bad, which is great).

BUT number 1, when I first signed up I was told I could upgrade my account anytime in the first month. When I went to upgrade however, I was told I couldn't upgrade and instead of paying the difference between two levels of membership ($40) they may me but a whole new membership at the new rate ($140). That's BS.

Number 2, THE BATHROOMS ARE ALWAYS BROKEN. Seriously, get a plumber in there. I don't pay $140 so I can use a port-a-potty.

I originally took my very first Orange Theory class at this location. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the atmosphere and the customer service was EXCELLENT! The facility is brand new, as they just opened 3 months ago. Everything is so nice and clean.

I was greeted right when I walked through the door. I was assisted by Hayley. She did such a great job explaining everything to me, from filling out paperwork, to showing me around, and following up with me after my fitness class! I originally signed up for the 8 classes a month, but after much consideration I upgraded to the unlimited and Hayley worked with me to change my plan. Super excellent service!

My coach that day was Bianca and she was awesome! Very motivating and enthusiastic! I would highly suggest taking her class.
