Hovik saved my trip.

No one could help me get my passport renewed after waiting for 2 months to get it back. I called them dozens of times, stayed on hold for hours only for them to tell me to call back closer to my flight and then to tell me I have to fly to another state to get an appointment to go get my passport.

Hovik made it happen in a day. I called him, went to see him that same day, and I had my passport in 24 hours. I was going to miss my flights and lose thousands of dollars if he didn't help me and he was very detailed on exactly what to do.

John saved my trip!!

I am so surprised seeing negative reviews. I was nervous about getting everything done in time for a last second international trip with my father. John reassured me and walked me through his process and made me feel way better! With only one days notice John was able to get everything taken care of for us. He was extremely communicative answering all of our questions and phone calls. (probably an excessive amount because how last second everything was) It would have been impossible to go on this trip if it was not for him!

What Hovik did for us was just a miracle! He saved our vacation trip that I was about to cancel. He got my husband his passport on such short notice. And even leaving his office I was sure this was a no go, no way possible but we just let him do what he can. He made it happen for us!!!! We just got the passport. Service is poor. Lied to me then ignored my calls. He told me the money would be reimbursed and then disappeared when I asked about the refund.

Hovik is the definition of poor customer service. So disappointed.

He is beyond rude and unprofessional. Even gave me attitude for calling him repeatedly when I had an urgent question.

My friend recommended me to see Johnny for my son's passport. We applied for my son's passport and requested to be expedited but there was some issues with my son's paperwork, we we're running out of time because my son had to fly to a different country in week and half. I called Johnny explaining the situation, it took few days and my son received his passport 2 days before his travel. I would definitely recommend Orange Vacations.

He saved us. Our son's passport was expired and we started the application process. It took so long and couldn't get an appt. for the next steps so we were going to have to fly to Seattle for an appt. We were very nervous because we didn't know him but decided to take the plunge and within two days our son's passport arrived in a Fed-EX envelope. He also ended up being able to get us an appt. at the Federal building within this time span too but since we already had the passport, it wasn't necessary. We did not know this guy and were very concerned but we are very, very grateful. Thank you!

I had applied for expedited passports for my kids and 4 weeks out my application had not been processed. I had a trip planned a week after so freaked out I called Hovik. He was able to get our applications process and delivered two days before our trip. He checked on the status every day and kept us up to date. Yes he can be direct and short but he delivers and stays on top of it. Passing info to all our friends.

My situation was complicated. We had a trip booked and realized we were missing one of my daughters passports. Hovik to the rescue! He secured an appointment for us at the federal building, walked us through the paperwork process and maintained communication with me throughout. I was exceptionally satisfied and will refer all my friends to him when needing passports.
