Great service! Organic products! Awesome staff!!! Super reliable products! they come to my house literally once a year! I don't have to worry about making appointments or toxic chemicals. I love Florida but I don't like the bugs! Bugs sometimes do come in through groceries or boxes and when they do I just call them and they don't charge me extra to come.

Had our first service a little under a year ago when we first started seeing roaches. They never went away and had to call them multiple times. Their billing system is non existent as I have paid (both by calling or online) and then I am bothered with phone calls after the fact asking for payment (that I already gave them!) During scheduling, they rarely showed up on time and no matter how many times I have asked for them to call before they arrive to my home, they have only done so once. During the most recent service request, I added on a flea service. I was told 8-9am. I called at 9 wondering where they were and they said they would be there at 2:35pm. They showed up without calling at 1pm. I turned them away because that is unacceptable. When they finally returned to do the service at the agreed upon time... they didn't even do it correctly (which I found out after being called about a payment that I already gave)! I had to reschedule AGAIN. This morning was the final straw as I called to cancel due to a last minute emergency and someone still showed up to my house an hour later. Of course, without a call letting me know they were on the way. Just choose a different company.

Orange pest control helped my family out with a german cockroah problem we had in our home, they were great at using non toxic products and making sure they took care of the issue until they were gone! Highly recommend.

Don't waste your time and money on this company! One - whatever they are using it does not work! Two - they will not show up at the day and time given to you! Kathy, the scheduler never return our multiple calls. When she answered the phone and put us on their schedule, nobody ever shows up! And it happened twice! 2 hour window, two different days and no service!! We are still under their "warranty" but it's absolutely horrible to get hold of them and actually have someone to come and do the job!

Horrible service!
Their no-tent treatment for drywood termites appealed to me in this rental home. However 4 treatments later, we've live termites on a child's bed! Wings and other termite debris in multiple locations around the house. And Administrative Mgr Gabriella Perez insists they can't return for 2 weeks. Unacceptable!
Good luck if you try using them for termites.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Agnes S.Delray Beach, FL06May 17, 2017
Orange pest-control is incredible.
I rate them at five stars.
They treated both of my houses for termites.
Full warranty on termite service is excellent.
Both of my houses passed inspection upon sale with no problem whatsoever.
Catherine my representative handled both of my accounts perfectly.
I would recommend orange pest-control to anyone in need of extermination services.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Scott S.Manhattan, NY0171Jun 20, 2019
They don't seem to actually kill the termites!
They've been here four times in two months and do the same treatment over and over and the critters are still here, flying around, eating the walls. I paid for a year so I'm going to keep dragging them back but ultimately I wish I would have gone with somebody else -- they don't seem to know what they're doing.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Scott please call us if you continue to see activity to schedule a follow up service at 1-888-972-7031. Drywood termites spot treatment work like this: The first service includes treatment of the entire structure of the attic and foam injection off all colonies on the spots that have shown evidence at the time of inspection either by swarming signs or pellets. Extra colonies may show swarming or pellets later and will be treated at no charge during one year warranty. One colony might still be active for days after treatment which is the time needed for the worker termites to land on the product when they approach the exit holes to expel pellets and go back to the colony and affect everyone up to the queen. The alternative treatment is tenting wich will kill every colony instantly but as well as virtually any other living thing within the home apart being a potent greenhouse gas affecting our environment and from being more than 3 times the cost. Our recommendation when there is evidence of termites are spot injection non-tenting treatments, it does require a little more patience but it is the safer option than a tenting treatment.

I've been using this service for a year for bug and termite control and so far it's been amazing. Love using organic products around the house that is safe for my pets. The technicians have always been on time and very courteous. If there's ever a return of one cockroach or anything I've had them respray and nothing has returned.

The service has been terrible. We were scheduled for a follow-up termite spot treatment (2nd one since the original treatment) on 10/9/15 and no one showed up or called. We rescheduled for today, 10/21/15, and they failed to arrive within the 2-hour time window or call to notify us they were late. After repeated calls and an e-mail to customer service, the technician finally arrived 2 hours late -- no apologies or explanations given. I did finally receive an e-mail with an apology, but it's too little, too late. Very dissatisfied with their service. I will say the technicians have been courteous and friendly, but that's about the best I can say about this company so far.
