Enloe Advanced Imaging - Springfield Drive

I had a great experience here, the staff was friendly and helpful and the technicians were prompt and kind. I'd use them again if and when i needed some imaging done.

I was little surprised to see so many bad reviews, I have never had a bad experience with the former OSI, I found most of the staff to be polite, skilled and quite helpful. So, now with Enloe taking over, we'll have to see If they can continue this trend, or skids on the overburdened and somewhat less than stellar facets of the Enloe organization. Going in soon, hopeful, and I may update this.

I contacted this facility and was assured that appointments would be available for the following week. Upon receiving the referral from my doctor, they did nothing to process it. I called the next business day and was told it was under review and I would get a call back. The following day no one called so I called in the morning and was told the supervisor would contact me. No phone call. I called in the afternoon and was told they still had not done anything with the referral but that they would do it now and a supervisor would contact me. The following day no contact. I canceled the referral. Please don't waste your time using this company.

I have had wonderful care at Open Systems. Very kind employees. My daughter also had to have a cervical Spine x-ray, and they fit her right in.
I would highly recommend this facility for any of your imaging needs.

Addendum: After being told I'd have to make 3 separate appointments for 3 X-rays, I went completely insane . Like screaming at the top of my lungs and appearing to be a madwoman. I left without scheduling the 3rd film. Months went by until my doctor ordered another MRI. I called to schedule and was told that I am not allowed back at their facility anymore due conflict with staff.

I've had many images done at oSI including MRI's. Each time I was assisted, with competent, professional, , very considerate staff.

Had to go back to Open Systems for an MRI. Saw me on time. Tech was very helpful and seemed to actually care. Color me impressed.

If I could select 0 stars I would. I went in to make a Brain CT with contrast (I had a referral) and they told me it takes 2-3 weeks to hear back from insurance. After calling insurance they told me 1-2 business days for something like that so we contacted the business and within 2 days they contacted me back about scheduling an appointment. Fast forward a week later I show up for my appointment and they scheduled me for an incorrect appointment for just a regular Brain CT and my insurance was incorrect even though I asked them to confirm for both of those things when I made my appointment. Turns out they didn't schedule me with Contrast and THE DOCTOR I WAS SCHEDULED WITH ISN'T EVEN IN THE OFFICE-- he is on lunch. For something as serious as a brain you would think this business would get it together. The earliest they have is a week away and they were willing to do absolutely nothing to get me in earlier. This is incredibly unprofessional. Not only to mention the unprofessionalism, the staff was incredibly rude.

Because I have coils in my brain, not all imaging services are available to me. It only took Open Systems an hour or so to determine that they can meet my needs. I got the MRI on Saturday morning, and by Monday afternoon the report AND the disc were available! At every step of the way the staff was courteous and friendly - and treated this aging woman with respect. I gladly recommend them!

Beautiful inside and always clean. I give them a one star due to the staff and having attitude and being rude. They've been like this for years and I doubt it'll change anytime soon.
