I definitely would not recommend this store. The staff are rude and very unhelpful. I bought a pack-n-play for a friend as a gift, kept the receipt just in case she did not like it or something. As it turned out her mother in law had just bought her one, which I did not know. I took the pack-n-play back the next day, had it less than 24 hours. When I got there the lady said you have to set that up for us. I told her that I was not selling it that it was a return. She rudely said you can't return that, we do not take returns on big items. Now remind you the lady that checked me out the evening before did not tell me that I could not return it, if she had I would not have bought it, instead I would have sent pics to my friend and/or called her first. Not only did the lady not tell me I couldn't return it, nor did my receipt say that I couldn't in the paragraph about their return policy, and there was not that first sign anywhere in the store saying you could not return big items. I ended up having to sell it back to them, at half of what I paid for it. I paid $40, after tax it was $42.80, they paid me $20. I will never step foot in that store again and I will not recommend it anybody that I know. Just for your info, the lady that handle me selling the pack-n-play back to them told me that this is how it works, so if something sells for $80, they will sell it for $40, then you get half of the $40, which would be $20 for selling it to them. Stop and think about that for a minute....
I could understand not being able not to return a big item if you had it a month. 6 months, a year, but not less than 24 hours.

Out of 2 whole tubs of baby clothing brought in, the only thing they took was a baby monitor. The clothes and shoes brought in were in VERY good shape but they said they weren't. Honestly doubt they even went through it all because it looked the same as it did when I brought it in. I have bought stuff from there in worse condition than the items I brought in. Extremely disappointed I drove 20 minutes there and back twice to make a whole $4.

I am an avid thrift shopper! I usually stick to Goodwills, but saw this place by chance when I met up with my husband and a few friends for lunch at BWWs next door. My daughter (5 yrs old) and I walked around for a few minutes while we waited for everyone to show up for lunch and knew as soon as we walked in that we were going back after lunch lol! Everything is clean and well organized (clothes are by size, color, certain brand names; certain toys are in bags; shoes are strapped together in pairs; etc). The staff was friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that their credit/debit machines were down when we checked out, so they took down my credit card information manually.
