On Time Towing

Dealt with a tough situation today but Luis was all class and helped maneuver around some obstacles. Would recommend him not only for the quality of his work and attention to detail but also the thoughtfulness in which he communicated with my girlfriend and I.

Tried to get a flat tire fixed and guy on phone gave me a quote of one thousand dollars for a flat tire. Im guessing it was beacuse he knew i was a woman and at his mercy i laughed and said it doesn't cost that much why did you quote me that? The jackass hung up on me. This company is full of frauds and thieves had to drive to the closest big o tires and only got charged $150 for the same service. I AM DISGUSTED.

We canceled road side assistance within 5 minutes. THEY STILL HAVENT REFUNDED US THE $300 THEY CHARGED US!

I do not recommend this company.

Was told it would be 45 min to a hour. Called over 2 hours later and was told the driver couldn't do it. Would have been nice to know to begin with. I got off work at 7am and here it is 10am and I am still sitting in parking lot at work and have to be back at 6:30pm.
if i could give a negative star i would. Never again will I call them or recommend them to anyone.
If you want to sit and wait and them never show up, give them a call.

Poor service called for a tow truck promised one in 35 to 45 minutes. None showed up. Called back agent says they had a "911" call. Extended me out 2 hours. Said they only had one truck. Charged me over $500 for no service. I canceled them they didn't refund. Never use them.

I called On Time Towing after I had left my car on the side of the road after a car accident. Louis was extremely professional and kind. Even though he had other jobs ahead of mine, he stopped by the area where my car was supposed to be to make sure that it hadn't already been towed. The tow was in Miami and I live in West Palm so it was a big help to me for him to check if the car was still there for me. It was and he got it hooked up and towed right away to the dealership of my choice. Exemplary service from Louis and his company On Time Towing. When no other towing companies were answering me I called them off of their great reviews; clearly they deserve the amazing 5 stars that they already have on both Google and Yelp. When you really need a tow or any other service please don't hesitate to choose On Time Towing, you'll be so happy that you did.

After my attempt of getting my situation resolved for my father's car with the Brand Company, then dealer, our situation was hopeless. We needed to call an 800 number that texted me a link, then fill out a form with my information, then a number from Arizona wanted financial information and referred me to a local Philadelphia mobile, uff.

Well, I turned to Yelp in need of our local solution and so happy that I found On Time Towing. This business didn't come up the first on the list by mistake. Luis' business has been around for over 15 years providing all kind of towing services. His number of reviews and aggregated stars made him the first pick and now "my pick".

My nephew was here visiting from out of town and his car broke down in the Sweetwater area of Miami and we needed to get it towed to Margate, the first place I came was to my yelp to see if I could find a reputable tow company that would assist us and On Time Towing was the first name that came up for me in that area and then I saw the great ratings that they have and that meant a great deal to me and it put my mind at ease so I called and spoke with Luis and he was very professional in speaking with me and was empathetic towards our situation and he advised me that he would be able to tow the car and Luis told my nephew that he'd be there within 45 minutes and on time he was...... my nephew said that he was nice and professional with him as well and hooked vehicle up quickly and before I knew it they were in route I told them that I would meet them at the shop, they made it there in about an hour which was excellent considering where they were coming from during that time of day traffic could've easily been an issue but it wasn't.
Upon arrival he introduced himself as did I and again I cannot say this enough on how professional and personable Luis was the service was perfect and I was very impressed and left with great impression.
