Omni is great! I found Omni through a google search and they have been incredibly easy to use and most convenient for someone like me that has only a little bit of stuff that needs to be stored and no car. The app makes it easy to schedule a pickup same or next day. The gentleman that came was professional, and helpful in bringing the items from my 3rd floor apartment down to the Omni van. The items were photographed and uploaded into the iphone app the following day. Simple and reasonably priced at $.25/ea or $5 for a large bag. Have emailed back and forth with questions for support and it has been attentive there as well. No complaints, although I have yet to have anything brought to me nor do I know how much that costs. Highly recommend!

An amazingly good service.  Very helpful for storing those items that you're running out of space for.  I also used it to store some stuff as I was moving between places in SF.   Extremely easy to use and excellent customer service and friendly employees, what more can you ask for.

We use Omni for our business storage. Love it! Has saved us a ton of space and allows us to easily request things back when we need them. Saving us time and headache. Can't recommend enough!

My company used Omni as a way to store pretty much our entire office as we were moving office over the holiday.

The process of moving is alway absolute hell. Now throw in everyone having to consolidate to the bare essentials, taking home what you need to work around the holidays, and find an inexpensive way to store everything else (monitors, tables, phones, etc). I know, basically, it was the nightmare of all moves.

Thank god for Omni, they made everything so easy, helped out so much with the storage and made the process much more manageable. In addition to the awesome service their employees we top notch. Very professional and trustworthy. I didn't hesitate for a second to give them twenty $750 monitors and say see you in a month.

I will use them for all personal storage needs in the future.

If you're new to Omni, here's how it works:

I've been using Omni for my personal storage for over a year now. I took a dice roll with them by having them empty out my whole storage unit and taking everything. It was simple, and it saved me a lot of money.

Simply put, they come pick your stuff up and deliver it back to you whenever you want. They have always been punctual and have consistently treated my belongings even better than I do. I have never had anything broken or messed up. Just the opposite. Everything has been treated with the utmost of care. The monthly cost is 50¢ per small item, $3 for each large item, $7.50 for each "closed box" of stuff (any size). You can store however makes sense for you, whether you group a lot of stuff into boxes by the room or itemize every item that you have. The benefit of itemizing is that you can check out individual items instead of the whole box. Omni will individually seal your items (if itemized) and take professional pictures of everything for you. It's like getting your stuff back brand new again whenever you check out. You get everything delivered back to you shrink-wrapped within their big, durable red tote bags.

Nothing could be easier. It's door-to-door service or meet downstairs. Pickups are always free, and the delivery fees range from free if you schedule 2 days out, $2.99 for a next day slot, $4.99 for a same day slot, or $19.99 if you need it rushed to you within two hours. There's a flake fee of $25 if you miss a delivery, so set a calendar reminder. You can reschedule with reasonable notice if necessary.

Think about the value: it's way more economical and convenient than driving or hitting an Uber to a storage unit two ways and dealing with the time suck of it all. Insurance is also included. To me, it's a no-brainer. You can couple the service with your own storage unit if you have big items, large furniture, or artwork that necessitates conventional storage.

The customer support is so good that it's almost eery. There have been many times where I would randomly look through the app, sometimes at midnight on a Tuesday, needed to modify a delivery, sent a chat message, and there they'd be typing right back at me as soon as I asked the question. I don't think I've ever waited more than an hour for a reply in the life of my being customer, and I've been quite a demanding of a client for them at times. Madison has been especially helpful.

If you're wondering if Omni would be OK with storing it, the answer is probably yes. The rules they have told me is that it needs to be reasonably clean, transportable by one person, and no liquids, hazardous materials, or perishables. I have stored a bicycle, beanbag chair, weights, stuff for my car, linens, towels, jewelry, precious metals, small furniture, clothing, and electronics with them all without a problem. I truly can't recommend this service enough. I hope you'll give them a shot. This is one of those services I always recommend to my friends, and it's kinda neat just using the service. It makes me smile, all of the many unique conveniences that we have in this high tech city. Omni's in Oakland/Berkeley too I believe.

Met Ryan through my work and he told me about Omni does. Downloaded the app and setup the reservation for pickup. Harry showed up earlier than the setup time great guy got everything picked up quick and on my way. Great help from Ryan and Harry

I can not thank this seamlessly operated company so much. I have my sanity and it's largely in part because of this company and the outstanding team. They make ordinary items look even better than they do in real life. I have a very good feeling this company will set strong and established roots in the Bay Area.

Ryan, ANTHONY, and Bali! Swift and friendly service. Came out of the van like some superheroes coming to my rescue. Hah. I am a superfan of these people though

Omni has been an absolutely magical service to deal with. They have incredible customer support, and an incredible product. I'm storing an insane amount with them, and it's costing me less than $40 a month. It doesn't feel like storage. It feels like a true extension of my closet and I can quickly plan and move things in and out.

This was beautifully easy. I was able to download the app, schedule a pickup and have them at my apartment all within 2 hours. I now have more space in my room and have stored away my luggage, bike, dresses, and high heels. The cherry on top was being able to see all of my items photographed and in the app.

I love this service! This is one of the most useful tools to de-clutter your home and your life. The idea is ingenious and the execution spectacular! The pickup/delivery agents are always on time, courteous, and extremely helpful in helping you understand the Omni Way. Customer service (aka Madison) is amazing as well and will work with you to get you set up and answer any question you may have. The app is slick and user friendly as well.

I can't recommend Omni enough! I only have one problem with Omni... I'm jealous I didn't think of it, first!  ;)

Instead of spending a week stewing about how we were going to store all our office items between moves and making 30 calls to solve the problem, I simply downloaded the app and in less than 3 hours had them picking up our stuff. Not only did I save tons of "mindshare" and didn't have to stress about our move, but I also felt confident that our items were safe. Unlike many moving companies, Omni delivered our stuff back in perfect order, and intact. A miracle!

This is such a great service for city dwellers.  My husband and I have been using omni for about 6 months now.  It is so nice to have extra space in our closets now that they aren't filled with giant suitcases and such. The app is user friendly, deliveries & pickups are easy to schedule, and the employees have been great to work with.

Using the Omni app, I was able to easily and smoothly schedule a pick-up of all of our office items when we got into a last minute crunch. Within 3 hours of contacting these guys, there were 2 Omni Concierges at our front-door. Unbelievable! AND the staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Makes so much sense. I scheduled a pick up, I gave the very-on-time delivery folks two boxes resulting in making my hall closet usable again. I'm confident that when Halloween season returns - Omni's amazing service will return all my wigs and costumes in time.  Thanks Omni! Next up Christmas!

I was so impressed with Omni's swift response to a somewhat emergency situation when we needed to move our entire office. In less than 3 hours of signing up, I had scheduled the pick-up and was meeting two very friendly gentlemen at the front door who proceeded to pack and transport over 50 items for us! This company is the future of on-demand storage!

I got my Guest Room Back!!!!! I can not say enough great things about Omni. Super easy to use, very friendly staff, and reliable. Living in a city like San Francisco, where apartments are quite small with very little storage- Omni is a MUST HAVE! If you are like me and tend to acquire a lot of "stuff", you must use this service. I think of them as my massive traveling closet that I never have to clean out because it is always organized :). I have recommended them to all of my friends and will continue to do so. Excellent service- wish I would have thought of it myself!

My girlfriend and I just moved in together with only one super small closet in the bedroom and one small closet by the kitchen. There was no way her stuff wasn't going to take over both sides of the closet leaving me homeless. Omni is exactly what they say, "a closet in our pocket". Winter gear, event clothing, holiday stuff- you name it- is stored at Omni. You have constant access to your stuff through the app, so you never have to worry about forgetting what you put in there in the first place. Best part-I get to have my half of the closet again without having to battle for it. They offer free pickup and deliveries, so your not going to burn a hole in your pocket. Its a simple solution to having the stuff you need without the space for it. Definitely checkout this service.

Omni is by far the easiest storage service I've used. Friendly, cost effective, and most importantly CONVENIENT! Very satisfied customer and will definitely continue to use as long as I need on-demand storage in San Francisco.
