Vincent was super communicative and easy to work with.
He kept me updated throughout the progress of PPF for my car.
Great PPF material and quality. I shopped around for prices and it was average price but the customer service is what really sold me here.
Vincent blew me away with how nice is was and how much he took care of my baby

Vincent worked on my 2018 Mustang GT a couple of years back, and I thought I had written a review but I guess I forgot...anyway better late than never. Very professional and friendly guy, he and his team did a great job with Ceramic Pro installation. Super clean install with no visible seams or bubbles and 2 years later it still looks as good as the day it was done.
Would highly recommend and will be going back there when I get another car.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Eva I.Dublin, CA0201Jun 29, 2022
Excellent! So happy with the result and the service. Vince was very kind and accommodating and answered all of our questions with great patience. Our car is looking great so far !

If you want the best PPF and ceramic coating shop in the Bay Area, search no further. Vince and Ian are masters in their craft and true professionals.
They did a full body matte PPF and ceramic coating on my 2021 Audi RS6 Avant. The best compliment was when I met another owner with the same vehicle, who also did matte PPF at another shop. He told me that after seeing Omega Werks work on my car, he had to go get his touched up because there was no comparison.
While I had to wait a tad longer than those shops who rush the job (to do more volume), it was well worth the wait!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Harry P.Albany, CA217168380Jan 28, 2020Updated review
I feel like credit is due where credit is deserved. I am pretty stumped how to write it so I guess it'll just be a word vomit. You'll see it and skip it but I'll write it anyway.
I've been here before to get my two front windows tinted on my old car and I vowed until the day I stop caring, I will always send my cars and my friends cars to Vince. You have to understand Vince is one of the nicest guys in the world, and all the stories he has, I just want to sit there and just listen. It is intriguing, fulfilling, and all around awesome. I mean also add to the fact he is an absolute master and meticulous with his craft.
Anyway, I recently purchased a new car, and I hit up Vince prior to the purchase to see if he could get me an appointment for tinting, plus ceramic coat. When I did, he gave me two places that did do tinting since he has started moving away from tinting as much and be more focused on PPF and ceramic coating. At that time he was newly minted with a second born, on paternity leave, and let me know that when I was ready, let him know and he can fit me in with Ian or his other employee, who I must apologize, do not have his name.
After what seemed like eternity, I got the car. I gave Vince a holler for ceramic coating and he gave me some dates and fit me in on Monday the 20th, the day I could easily drop off my car without being late for work or leave too early.
I pulled up to the shop, parked on the side, packed my bag of crap and waited for Vince to arrive, who arrived promptly at 9. I said hi and gave him the travelers coffee and he was super appreciative. We walked inside and the shop was packed full of amazing looking cars, like omg, shinyness is their specialty and even if some of the cars inside was still being worked on, they all looked exquisite.
We had a quick chat and he confirmed which ceramic coat package I got, which was the gold one, and also added the ceramic rain package and gave him my key and we were good to go.
He inquired where I was headed and offered to give me a ride to Bart, which I really didn't need since that Uber thingy exist, but accepted it since he insisted.
He promised me Saturday, which his schedule says I not opened, but he said since he's been busy and wants to finish cars faster, and he can get away with working just a teeny bit without being murked by his wife, he said Saturday pick up is totally cool.
Queue up to Wednesday night when I was about to sleep, and was seriously about to order a Tesla off Turo to hold me over until Saturday, my phone lights up and it's from Vince. He says my car is finished and ready for pick up. I texted back and go ??? How are you a magician? And he responds by saying he's staying late to finish up the cars and I felt so terrible. But he reassured me that it wasn't just my car, which I guess makes it slightly better? I told him I would be picking it up skipping work after lunch and picking up the car. He said he would stay late so I can pick it up after but I. Did. Not. Care. I wanted my car.
The next day, after many last minute ordeals are the office, I take a Lyft to the shop. After a long rather scary, slow, and smelly ride to the shop, I arrived and the excitement just kept building. I went to the back, doors was closed, went to the front, and it said go to the back. By the time I went to the back again, Vince popped his head out the door and said I saw you walk by the front and realized you arrived. Welcomed me in and showed me my car and I absolutely melted. There was 2 other cars that was the same exact as mine except a different color and if you ever seen a grown man melt and almost quietly have a panic attack from being excited, that was me. In that moment. Here's the thing, I'm not sure if Vince see this all the time, but I was absolutely in love. He could have in that moment decided to sell me a hot bag of coal for for whatever price he pleases and I would've said ok. The car looked stunning.
I went inside and had a quick chat with Vince, paid the due amount, and he explained the warranty to me, that I should reach out within 30 days or so to do the follow up and for now, just drive the car. I mean also some stories where exchanged and what not.
He pulled the car out after, closed the door and we snapped pictures. I bid aideu to Vince and was ecstatic for the car, for the sheen, for the not having to go to the gas station, and not having to wash my car (even if I should after ceramic coating).
I'm eagerly waiting for the follow up so I can hear more stories.
Longest story ever consolidated. Vince and his team is the truth and they're the nicest people ever. I'm sending everyone there, and I wish him all the success. Even if it means I have to wait longer.
Cheers!

I have debated for about, since I've gotten my car whether to tint the front 2 windows or not, and finally I have decided to take the plunge, and I have got to say, even if the film is still settling, it looks absolutely fabulous.
There were several shops in mind, a few in Oakland, and while I was still in SoCal for school a few there too. I realized that the only day I can visit the shops in Oakland is on weekend, and many aren't opened then, so I hopped on Yelp and did a search for shops that did window tinting near my workplace and Omega Werks was one of the top choices.
I debated on calling for like half an hour, but I'm glad I took the plunge. I believe it was Vince that answered the phone and I told him what I desired and he quoted me at $90 for both the front windows, (yes I know, you don't have to explain), and I could come in on Monday morning since those two windows are fairly quick.
Come Monday morning, I drove by and dropped off my car. Yes he was bit late, but the process was seamless. I went for 30% since it looked like the factory matching ones were too dark and he said he would contact me after it was done. I waited outside for my co-worker to pick me up to get to work.
I was honestly panicking since I don't leave my car with other people for too long, and I debated on calling, but mind over matter, I held myself back and decided to wait while finishing up work at the office. After about 3 o'clock or so he contacts me and he says my car is ready, and I almost jumped out of my seat. I had my co-worker drop me off and my car with the new tints looked exquisite.
When I got there Vince was on the phone with a client, but after he showed me the car and the problems they had while installing the film. Apparently I need to clean my car better :X, and I felt so bad because he said that on the side, when applying the film the water kept sucking the dirt out of the crease so they had to try again. And again. There was also a green sticker on my window switches to remind myself to roll down the windows for 3-5 days while the film cures.
Vince took me in to pay, and I tipped a small amount on top of the amount owed, and he said he couldn't take it, but after insisting a few times, he took it and I thanked him for the service and the quote for my friend's E90, when time comes he does want to get it taken care of.
I might have to go back to ask about the warp on the passenger door if it's still there in a few days.
However Omega Werks deserves all the starts they earn. Honest day's work earns an honest day's pay. I have no doubt that this is quality top notch work.

Long overdue review. I was referred to Vince per the wonderful members at NASIOC. Purchased a 2012 Subaru Sport Premium Impreza Hatch and wanted tint. Awesome job all around. Beautiful and held up all these years. Just sold the Subie last week and bought another Subie. I would definitely come back to Vincent but unfortunately he doesn't do tint at this time. Keep up the awesome work Vince.

I'm way overdue for a review but Vince tinted my 2007 Infiniti G35 sedan and 2006 Lexus IS250 (since sold). This was about 12.5 years ago and the ceramic tint that Vince applied on my G is still the same as it was back then. No signs of wear and tear and definitely no bubbling. Super professional from what I remember, I'm going to go to him again for the Model X I just picked up.

I did not get my Ceramic Pro done here, BUT I did talk to Vincent regarding aftercare after getting not so great help from Ceramic Pro, the company itself. Vincent was very patient with my onslaught of after care questions and truly helped with sorting the information overload of instructions. Will recommend people to visit here in the future just on their customer service alone!
Thank you, Vincent for your patience with all my questions.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Andrea W.San Ramon, CA723517Oct 30, 2020
