Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Yesterday (at about 5:15pm) I went to your restaurant to order carry out food and the young man that helped us was Amazing! He helped us order 4 different dinners, gave suggestions and everything was perfect & delicious. I'm 75 and my husband is 77 so that is probably why we can't remember his name but Thank you for hiring him!!

We went about 6 pm or so and our Server was "JOSHUA B" - let me begin by saying this man ABSOLUTELY exemplifies someone who enjoys his job. His attention to detail was without fail. He was courteous, and friendly and made us feel like he VALUED us as guests. He checked on us frequently, ensuring we were taken care of despite it being very busy. He truly is a people person and it shows that he enjoys his job. We made a point to let the manager know we appreciated the quality service he provided. Highly recommend dining at this location, and will be going back, the food was fabulous, but 100% top-notch customer service made the difference! Thank you to "Joshua B" for a great dining experience!!

Overall the food was lousy and I would not return here if the food was free. Nor do I recommend it. The salad had a large chucks of red onion that would have choked anyone who consumed it. There was salad dressing floating in the bottom of the bowl, so it actually looked like a soup. The pasta fagioli soup was cold and tasted like uncooked tomato products. The pasta was undercooked. The shrimp scampi was pure lemon juice and garlic oil and frozen, thawed bagged shrimp. The only palatable item was the chicken for the parmigiana. The sauce was horrid and fresh out of a can-- tasting. The reason for 2 stars was the server. He was trying really hard to give good service and seemed overwhelmed and kind. He was running back and worth with demands from other customers. We regretted going here except for being able to give our server a great tip.

me and my two friends came for the $14 all you can eat pasta and we had a great experience!! Taylor K was our server and she was so sweet and attentive and was at our table for everything we needed!!

The appetizers and the food are very good, but the service wasn't that good.

The person who served them looked in a bad mood, and I heard that he told another client that she was very tired, I understand that they get tired but, there are people who arrived in a good mood to be well taken care of, and this girl may not have been her best day today, but people are supposed to come to eat here and enjoy their day.

That's all I have to say the very good food but the waitress who served us, was not to our liking thank you very much for the food but, the service was not very good.

We ended up at the Olive Garden because I burnt dinner and we had a gift card that we got as a Christmas gift. After reading some of the negative reviews in 2021 I was a little apprehensive as to what kind of food we were going to get. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I really enjoyed my meal.

We got to the restaurant about 6:30PM and were seated immediately, the restaurant was just starting to fill up. Daniel Z. was our server, and he was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Throughout the evening he check on us to see if we need anything and this was after his section was full.
We started off with an appetizer of Calamari. It was not the best Calamari that I have had, but it was good, and it came with two sauces: one was a marinara based sauce, and the other was a more conventional fish cocktail sauce, both were good.

We than had their "never ending bread and salad". The bread was and the salad dressing was not overpowering. Although both were good, we did not fill up on them.

My wife ordered their Lasagna Classico - Layers of pasta, parmesan, mozzarella, pecorino Romano and their homemade meat sauce. She rated it as a tie with the second-best Lasagna that she has ever had (equal to Filippi's Pizza Grotto, Escondido, CA). I had their Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara - Spaghetti tossed in a creamy saucy with bacon and roasted red peppers. It was delicious. The portions were large enough that we were able to take home enough leftovers to enjoy another meal on another day.

For dessert we had their Black Tie Mousse Cake - Rich layers of chocolate cake, dark chocolate cheesecake and creamy custard mousse. A decadent desert if you like chocolate, and I do.

On the whole the service was excellent, the food was tasty and served hot, but it didn't reach 5 star level, mainly due to the ambience and the number of severs per table and the presentation of the meals.

If you want a good meal for a reasonable price than this is definitely a restaurant you should put on your list.

Came in here with my sisters and son tonight and had the worst experience here for the first time ever. My waitress (older lady) had a very nasty attitude just about right away , which we brushed off at first but realized she was so much nicer to those around us she was also serving. She gave my sister a really bad attitude when she tried ordering a salad and said that we' weren't able to order a salad or soup until we order our main course (which was never a problem anytime before when I came) she just looked and seemed so irritated with us and seemed like she really didn't want to serve us at all. The dishes that we got served with our salad was really dirty still , I never ever felt as uncomfortable as I did tonight at a restaurant. Very unfortunate

"Wouldn't give this chicken parm or pasta carbonara to the homeless guy down the block" is how we described our meal to the manager before he offered us a full refund. Haven't gone back.

I ordered dinner tonight Togo. The website was easy to navigate, and place the order. My food was ready on time. The waiter that brought the order out was pleasant. My entree was lasagna, salad , and bread sticks. The portion was generous and the flavor was very good. I was so pleased with my meal.

I really like Olive Garden - and the lunch menu is great pricing! I had shrimp scampi for 9.99 (substituted noodles for broccoli). It came with soup and breadsticks (which are my favorite!). The area I sat in today was near the bar. The floor was wet in weird places. Couldn't tell if there was a leak or they just spilled stuff. I would suggest not seating in that area perhaps because it was really slippery. Our server wasn't super friendly or attentive today (they usually are) but our order was correct. She seemed to be having a bad day--sure hope it got better!!
