Always messy, the service is the worst tho! So slow and nobody has no idea what is going on. Last time I was there I stood in line for 15 minutes because they had one person running the register who couldn't even work it. This place is a joke

Nothing too out of the ordinary or different about this Old Navy. Hand sanitizer station greets you at the door and the clothes selection here is OK. Currently the bathrooms are still closed, due to the pandemic (sorry, no bathroom review this time).

I remember when I was a wee lad, I thought Old Navy was the Gucci of clothes. Granted, I grew up with Venture and KMart clothes, and shoes from Payless (Pro Wings baby). Nothing wrong with that, but brand named clothes was a pipe dream for this poor kid.

So in my early teens, to find out of a place where you actually see commercials of on TV, and prices that were typically ~$20-40, I thought I would waltz into highschool as the most fashionable kid there was. And you sure can! With some creativity and layering, you can get yourself some great outfits for $100 easily. Ain't nothing wrong with that!

Nowadays, I come here mostly for accessories: Gloves, hats, scarves, the occasional undershirt, and funny tshirt. The quality of Old Navy clothes are "OK". They definitely don't fall apart after 5 washes, like H&M, but definitely put your clothes in the "delicate" cycle when washing.

If you like reasonably fashionable clothes, that don't break the bank, definitely check out an Old Navy!

      *Friendly Staff*
      *Great Deals*
      *Super Clean*

      Short and sweet...
I have ventured into many many Old Navys but none like this one. Staff is super attentive and the place is always spotless. The lines are always kept short.

The clothes are overpriced and not really great quality. But hey I shop there for certain things.

This location just has bad service. I bought a pair of leggings two days ago with cash and yes silly me I didn't hold on to the receipt. People make mistakes. The leggings were totally not opened at all. I went back to the store and then the one clerk was super friendly and told me it was an even exchange. Great so I head back to get my exchange item and get stuck with another clerk. She rolled her eyes at me and asked me where my receipt was. I explained I lost it but I paid in cash and the leggings were unopened and it was just a different color. She wouldn't do the exchange then and said if I wanted to exchange it they would mail me a credit. So you take my item I bought immediately ... and I trust that you'll mail me store credit in two weeks. Yeah.... right.

Bad service and overpriced clothes. No thanks.

I love the convenience of this Old Navy store, but I can never find anything I'm searching for.

Maybe I'm getting too old for Old Navy, becoming more picky, or their styles are just changing too much.

I'll stop if I'm in the area, but I never expect to leave with anything.

Fabulous customer service! I came in here a bit close to closing (mea culpa!) wanting to take advantage of a sale they had on shorts. I went in with a mission and the worker near the dressing rooms let me try on my items anyway. I was super fast so I wouldn't be a pest and SO grateful that she let me try them on. I wound up buying two pairs. I love the deals at Old Navy and the staff is wonderful!

Yesterday, I had an issue with a return--($18 total). These were school uniform items....still at regular price in the store, still in bags and tags. Not even tried on. I had the receipt.

First, before anything----I called the store to see how the return could be processed because it was an online order and 7 days past the 45 day limit. An older man answered the phone. He did not speak very clearly and had an accent. I said "Hello?" I did not understand what he said next. Then I asked him, "Is this Old Navy?"....and he hung up on me. I called back, got a new person (happened to be manager). He gave me my options, I went to the store for the return. The first guy that answered the phone was the register. I know this by his broken English.

(((( Side note--- I am not racist---I am just trying to use these words to describe the man who was helping me. My mom is an immigrant--and old. Growing up, I was always her interpreter. I do not have issue with the elderly, immigrants or elderly immigrants. In fact, I am quite sensitive to this--and try to always be an advocate for them as I hated having my mom being treated like she was dumb because they couldn't understand her. ))))

Anyway, this guy scanned my invoice--and then told me since my order was past the time limit....I couldn't return it anymore--I needed to return it back online. I tried to explain that I spoke to someone maybe 30 mins ago about this and he started to tune me out--shaking his head---no. He even began to gather my items to give them back to me. He didn't ask who I spoke to. He didn't call another person to help me. So---I asked for the manager.

The manager came, acknowledged my call and told the older guy to process my return. The older guy says to him...."it will need to be overridden". To me this acknowledged that it could be done---but maybe he didn't want to deal with it. And manager was like--I know, that's fine. So, they process it--and it was not super easy, they made a couple mistakes---but it was done in a couple mins. Now, the whole time he was processing it--I get to hear this guy say to his manager--"see, you can't do this....see, it won't go"....as they work through the process. When it was completed---not even a "Sorry about that" from this guy.

WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE? I came in with a legitimate return and was trying to explain I had already spoken to someone. I was not disrespecting him. I was not trying to get away with a fast one--this was an $18 order--not $1800. If it is too complicated for him, his first response should be to get me help---not tell me he can't help me. I am just tired of bad customer service. I encounter this almost everywhere. People out there not really happy in their jobs. Showing up for the paycheck....but when a customer needs help---they don't want to really help....not even smile. The other day---I was on the phone with another company--and the guy I was talking to was so disengaged---even yawned 3 times.....that I called him out on it and asked him if he needed to hang up and go get some rest or something...or if I was boring him. It's no wonder we have problems in this world.

Honestly the worst Old navy I have ever been to. The slowest service with one person ringing the register. The floor is messy as hell and it is overall a bad shopping experience.

      Clean much?
      No cleaning here.

Well, everybody knows Old Navy is THE place to get quality clothing at great prices. But this Old Navy goes above and beyond the Old Navy norm. I've always found deals here that are ridiculously cheap. If you are ever in the area, don't miss it!! You are definitely going to find some great deals here!

This Old Navy is not near my house, but I am willing to travel!! The Old navy close to me has no selection and bad service. This Old navy has a HUGE selection of everything. I love the weekend before Memorial Day for the $1 flip flop sale, and having to buy shoes for three kids this is the best bargain in town!! Different color flip flops to go with every outfit!!

I also love in the summertime with mix match tops and shorts AWESOME!! Then in winter OLD NAVY FLEECE TIME!!! If you wait until the right time you get them for the whole family at a great price!!!

I always have a good experience here and the staff is super helpful.
