Old Navy

It's an Old Navy. It was a very quiet Old Navy. I'm not sure if it was a lack of background music or just because there was hardly anyone inside. And the birds absolutely love these stores as the sidewalks outside will show you.

It's not actually that old, not compared to places in Europe where a certain Yelp reviewer is from.

Not my favourite store by any stretch of the imagination but Barbie really likes it, especially this particular location which she visits on a semi-regular basis, and so for that reason I can give it three stars.

I don't have too much from them in my closet and they don't make too many sexy or slutty outfits for me or her, but they still give it a good effort and I appreciate that.

This is my local Old Navy location so I come by here pretty often. They are usually pretty busy and stay pretty messy. The sizes available are usually limited as well. There's plenty of shared parking for all of the stores.

Every time I've ever came it's bad service and they leave all the security sensors on. I love old navy products but the customer service from this store is awful.

Very limited on the sizes they carry. I have never been to a old navy with such limited size selection. My daughter and I are very opposite sizes and neither of us could find shorts in our size.

I always shop online so i can pick up.. this is the closest Old navy there is to where i live.. they never email me to say my order is ready.. and i always have to call but this time some girl picked up the phone super rude and treating me like if im dumb or something... love old navy pants but customer service has to improve

Okay, you may not think so, but Old Navy Gulfgate location is the best one. They always still have the best "non-picked through" stuff that the other more popular locations are lacking. But what drives this store, more than the ridiculously low prices, the selection and the locale (right by my office) by FAR, is the customer service at this particular Old Navy.

Just the other day I was in there, minding my own business and going through the $5 swimsuit rack, when i heard a voice:

Felicia: "Excuse me miss"
Me: "Yes?"
Felicia: "I just have to tell you, I really like your style. Like all of it, the hair, the clothes, everything."
Me: (blushing): "THANK YOU!"
Felicia's coworker (A DUDE) to Felicia: "Um. Do you know her?"
Felicia to DUDE coworker: "No. I don't, but that doesn't matter. I'm gonna compliment a girl when she looks nice. I'm not a HATER, I am an appreciator, and a celebrator."

Now a little known fact is: My whole adult life, I have been complimenting complete strangers (women) if they deserved it. And up until that moment, I don't think I'd ever actually been on the receiving end of a random accolade. But here I was, face to face with a genuine karmic compliment!

So I continued shopping and was ready to GET OUT with my compliment and my $10 swimsuit. Along I roll over to Tyneshia, working the register. She is super sweet. I asked her about another swimsuit, which they didn't have, I asked about a pair of sunglasses (which they also didn't have), but either way, Tyneshia completed the superb customer service experience and i am hooked on my Gulfgate location for LIFE.

This old navy is rather far from where I live but I decided to stop by and use my super cash since I was leaving school. I walked in and the store was very clean. Not to bash on the old navy by my house but, this one was very organized, the staff actually helped me out with any questions I had and they were kind about it rather than reciting some retail script. I'm just very amazed and would like to give a special shout out to the lady who made this experience exceptional: aryelle (forgive me if I misspelled it) keep up the good work!

I like Old Navy's clothing but I do not like walking into the most disgusting bathroom on the face of this earth. I thought I had see the most disgusting bathroom on the face of this earth when I visited a truck stop near Centerville on my way to Dallas... until I went to this Old Navy location. I thought scenes like this only existed in horror films and bad dreams.

Gross people -- take some pride in your store please and clean this bathroom for your customers.

Overpriced clothes but actually nice looking. I don't want to pay $30 for a blouse, though. Took out their maternity and plus size section. Wont be coming back. Maybe for their 2/$5 flip flops durinf summer. Maybe.
