Oklahoma Blood Institute

I love coming to this specific location to donate blood as the people here are also the kindest! They genuinely try to remember every donor and truly care for each one like a special family member. The location itself is always clean with the friendly atmosphere as a bonus!

This time each donor was able to receive a Grinch t-shirt as well as promoting that if you downloaded the donor app, you would receive a child's T-shirt as well, (which I got for my niece) and if you posted a photo with you & your mini's t-shirt, you would be entered in a chance to win $250!

I like the scheduling feature on their website. Makes it very easy to get in. Last visit went fast. Just scheduled another visit.

People here from second I walked in have been apathetic rude and just overall unpleasant they call me nonstop. Want me to come in here because I give platelets which I understand is important, but at least be cordial and inviting when people show up not on your phone and acting put out if you have to tell me where to go what to do how to get started I will not be going back to Norman blood institute. I will be giving blood at Integris and other places but I'm done with Norman location Oklahoma blood institute.

The staff are rude. My first time there they had no idea I was coming even though they harassed me via phone calls to come in and donate once in they just treated me like I was just another body not a person and when they got what they wanted from me there was no appreciative remarks.
