      I'm a real estate broker and order all marketing online.... every time I come to the store to pick up they are under staffed, under trained, and have no customer service skills. the older lady at the print and copy... wow she needs an attitude adjustment and understand that customer service is her job!!!

      My story goes...
      I bought a combo pack of printer ink at the Gig Harbor store. My printer would not recognize the yellow and apparently all 4 ink cartridges need to work for my printer to print. I called Gig Harbor store and they told me the new ink probably had a bad microchip and to bring back "only the yellow cartridge " and they would replace it. Awesome. I grabbed the yellow cartridge.
      Well I had to run to a different job for a few days in Seattle and my printer is on my Bainbridge Island job. So I called the Tukwilla store, explained my situation, and asked if I could return this ink at their store, I have the receipt.
      I was told no by the girl (I wish I knew her name) that answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold. The same girl came back and told me the manager said no returns unless I brought all 4 ink cartridges back. I told the girl that I had asked to speak to the manager, not have her go ask for me. The girl hung up on me.
      I called right back and a man answered the phone. He got a manager, Brittany, right away. Brittany was super polite, no issues with the return at all, and said no one had asked her anything about any ink cartridges.
      When I got to the store I asked for Brittany but was told she was on lunch.
      That's when Alisha stepped in. She heard part of what was going on and happily exchanged my defective ink. She was great. Happy, friendly, and knew her job.
      Big thanks to Brittany and Alisha! You two are awesome.
      As for the girl that first answered the phone, her attitude was deliberate. Great way to turn a customer away.
      If it wasn't for Brittany and Alisha I wouldn't go back to that store.

      Update your hours please. Your clients are often business folks and we plan according to the hours you provide. I have a client meeting in the morning which I needed the prints I ordered for. Your website says 8pm and Yelp says 9pm but you are closed at 6pm. I understand if you are short staffed, but update your online information.

      HIGHLY recommend the print center at Office Depot Tukwila. The team goes above and beyond to help and offer top-notch customer service. I appreciated the ability to depend on them for high quality printing. I am very thankful for their print team! Shout out to Kasta and Erin for the wonderful service - THANK YOU!

      Been to this location a couple times for prints. Usually the process is pretty smooth but the last 2 times I visited they were closed before stated closing time. On google and on the phone the closing time is 8pm but when I visited around 6:30pm one day and 7:30 another day they were closed with no signage or updated hours. Highly inconvenient that this is the 2nd time and I'm still not able to get my prints! Unfortunately I'm not able to come any earlier so I give up

      They initially did a notebook print job incorrectly; however, when I talked with the store manager he was very gracious and wanted to make sure I had what I needed. They reran the job and it looks beautiful. Both the store manager and the assistant manager were a pleasure to work with.

      Dearest Anna, magician of the print, master of the cut. I sincerely thank you. For turning my wedding invitation cutting catastrophe into a seemingly effortless endeavor.

      This may sound cheesy but I won't be looking anywhere else for all of my MANY print, cut and mounting jobs. Anything you need, they will do, efficiently and affordably. The Print & Copy Team here do not back down from a challenge and address every need with kindness and understanding.

      Customer service like this just doesn't happen nowadays and I am appreciative of every courteous gesture! THANK YOU!

      This is a huge Office Depot. It's clean, spacious, and stocked up with most office items that you'll need. I came here with one of my directors for work to stock up on more office supplies instead of ordering them like we usually do. We found everything we needed! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the items we were looking for. Our cashier was polite and patient with all of our items. He even bagged them carefully instead of just tossing them in the bags like others may do. They also offer a rewards system, so right then and there we received a discount.

      I have come to understand that in today's world if you are a younger man and with the rampant theft going on everywhere you will find that store employees and security may keep far to close an eye on you to make sure you don't steal from them. This sucks it feels really bad and uncomfortable but I accept it. What I can't except is never having been in a store before and with my COVID mask on being told I have been recognized from having stolen from the store I am inside of and being told I have to leave and in front of other people what blew me away though was that it was the store manager who said it to me I told him he was mistaken then when he did not back off I asked how he could accurately go about having a solid I.d on me with a face mask on my response was him taking out his cell phone and saying leave or I call the police. An even longer story left fairly long already I left the store before the police made the same mistake. I should have stayed cause they don't make mistakes ever ;) needless to say I will never walk into an Office Depot again I'm a staples kinda guy anyway

      Worst Ever. No, really. Usually Office Depot is bland but acceptable, somewhat overpriced but well-stocked.

      This store felt like one going out of business. There were four staffers that I saw; two at registers, one dude in the copy center, and a manager type. I tried to get the attention of each of them and they completely ignored me, like I was invisible. I finally waited in the checkout line to ask my question and she sighed audibly at being forced to look something up for a customer. Wow.

      The store was about 15 degrees warmer than the outside temperature, which was 43F. How about some heat?

      They didn't have the product I wanted, and the cashier gloated when she said, "that's an online-only item... do you own a computer?" What the hell? I've been using computers longer than she's been ALIVE, the snotty little brat.

      Do not waste your time or energy on this store. They don't deserve your business.

      I ordered a printer from Office Depot for my parents' house. I did a lot of research and during the pandemic, printer availability is sparse but I found what I needed online at Office Depot! When my dad and I installed it, we kept getting a message to reinstall the black ink. At this store location, we got the help we needed! Alisha, the GM, was incredibly patient and helpful. She and my dad were able to troubleshoot that the problem wasn't with the printer but just with the black ink cartridge (as we hoped, thank goodness). Alisha waited for the printer to be fully set-up to assure it was just the ink cartridge, replaced the black ink cartridge for us, and unplugged a now functioning printer. We were dreading repacking the printer, creating a label, printing up the label at FedEx, sending it off, and go back to searching for a new printer (since the one we bought is now out-of-stock). Alisha made a frustrating situation to a pleasant one, because of her not only will we think of Office Depot for our office supplies (because let's be real, people just order their office supplies through Amazon now) but we know that we will be taken care of.
