Don't judge a book by its cover! What a great find. I stumbled across this adorable diner and so happy i decided to stop in. It's on a road that has this old hometown feel and when you walk inside you're welcomed with the same vibe. If you're looking for something fancy then this place isn't for you but if you want delicious food and staff that makes you feel like family, then this is a must try . A special thanks to Dorthy who although wasn't our waitress came by our table to chit chat . Such a sweet young lady who really made the experience amazing.

Ocoee Cafe is good for a quick, good breakfast. I got the veggie omelette with toast and grits. Everything was great except the grits. They were completely flavorless. The coffee was also really good, which is key for me!

The environment was like a local diner, which I loved. You could tell there were a lot of locals there which I think is a good sign! It wasn't too busy when I arrived at around 9AM, but it started getting busy by the time I left.

I would definitely come back again, just not for the grits!!

It's been a struggle to find a decent breakfast place in my area that's not a chain, but Ocoee Cafe definitely hit the spot!

The cafe has some serious mom and pop vibes which I love. It was cutely decorated and definitely made you feel very "at home." Our waitress was very nice and attentive.

I had the breakfast special which was a spinach and feta omelette with a side of home fries. Everything was very tasty! The coffee was also pretty good (they grind it in house) which is a big thing for me!

My sister had the veggie omelette with grits. Although she enjoyed her omelette, she felt that the grits were very bland.

I'm happy we decided to give Ocoee Cafe a shot and I will definitely be back!

Ocoee Cafe is one of my favorite diners for weekend breakfast. The servers are nice and friendly and they treat me like a friend who they are happy to see again. Yesterday's visit was typical. Seating is take whatever is available and there were one or two tables open. I ordered my usual: two eggs with cheese, home fries and toast. In my informal survey of Orlando diners, Ocoee Cafe has the best home fries. They are golden, crispy and delicious. My breakfast came out fast and I was in and out quickly.

Besides the friendly service and good food, Ocoee Cafe does it up decorating for Halloween and Christmas. It so fun to eat amongst their decorations and worth a trip to check it out. They are all decked out for Halloween right now complete with spiderwebs, lots of life size characters, fun signs and a flying ghost.

Well when you're in the south, you gotta serve good grits. Even in spite of any ongoing cholesterol crisis. Ocoee Diner does have some righteous, creamy grits.
No butter needed and the coffee is pretty good too and served in a mug that won't go 1/2 empty if they can help it.

Now I ordered sunny side up because I figure it is the easiest to cook right. Sorry to say half of the egg whites was, well still clear. Yuk! I try to avoid uncooked proteins.

The bisket and gravey was served room temperature but mixed in with h the hot patty sausage it made it down the old pie hole. I like their patty sausage seasonings.

Took advantage of the small town Mayor avaliablity to congratulate him on the recent win and a special local yocal request.

May give their pancakes a try some time soon.

What a Great Diner. This is the perfect place to grab breakfast. The breakfast is a pretty huge portion.I ordered the French Toast Combo, the portion was plentiful and scrumptious and the prices are reasonable here. The waitresses are super nice here. I also love that the place was decorated for Halloween and apparently they make a big deal for Christmas as well. So this is definitely a great place that is cozy and welcoming. A good start to any day!

As you follow me you'll know that I love non-chain restaurants and small diners.

This one is one of my favorites. I haven't been there enough to get my name on a mug but I have goals.

I've only been for breakfast and it's consistently great. I'm picky on my biscuits and gravy and really love these.

Everything is fresh and the staff is so very friendly.

A quaint gem nestled in sleepy downtown Ocoee. Traditional old school American diner with all the fixin's that will please your palate. Friendly staff, happy locals and a meal that will leave your stockings dangling from the rafters. Get down on those chocolate chip pancakes, they are phenomenal. When it comes to breakfast, there is nothing finer. So get your butt to the Ocoee Diner!

First time in, I love the small-town feel. Service was great, happy staff and attentive to the customers.
The BLT was perfect, bread was toasted fresh, lettuce was cold and crispy, tomato sweet and bacon was crunchy!
I'm coming back to try breakfast!

A place where the locals come - you can tell because all the servers know the names of their customers. Super friendly and cozy atmosphere. Our only complaint was the speed - it took about 10 min to get a menu and drink order and then about 30 min for food to arrive. In their defense it was crowded (not packed), but they needed more wait staff.
