PROs - live music , location , ambience , bar
CONs - service could be better
We were staying in La Quinta and this place was a part of the same hotel . Such an awesome restaurant within la Quinta . Dropped our kids in the room and stepped out late . There is an entrance right from la Quinta lobby to this place . The interiors were just beautiful . There are also place outdoors to sit and eat .
They had a full fledged bar . Beer varieties were good . Not much of IPA options though . Best thing was LIVE music ! Wow . Sounded so good . Ambience was spectacular . Had some finger food and quick ones . Service could be better at the bar . Still loved this place and had a good time .Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - 2904172028Jul 27, 2023
A few key points to take away with this restaurant
This place is worth a try for sure with a few easy adjustments I would imagine could assist them greatly.
On their website you can make a reservation but unable to do so the same day; alternatively they do welcome larger parties.
Their menu is not large, but they have options. The apps are pretty solid - we all liked the crab dip and the crab guacamole. Only issue was, even with our server Amanda doing her best with all the tables - the apps came out 50 minutes later. That I feel can be remedied easily.
The environment/ temperature was different? Like, was concerned that there was spotty air conditioning? Drinks were condensation everywhere.
Our orders were as follows: grilled cheese, mac daddy, bbq flatbread, crab flat bread, burrata, crab cake sandwich and chicken Alfredo.
I personally got the crab cake sandwich and I liked it very much. The chips were SALTY LIKE TEN NOTCHES and I like salty chips so I'm not a salt weirdo. But phew....
They serve a good amount of drinks so there should be many options. We liked the high noon pineapple.
So the largest two issues would be parking could be very tough and second and most important the bbq pizza came out wayyyy late. They did make it right and let us to a free cookie skillet dessert which was the best thing!
Additionally - very clean bathrooms and nice staff who were checking in on how everything was. I hope things get better for these peeps because the foundation is there. We could've got a bad night and my review might be off but just giving assessment.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 31, 2023
The food here was over all ok. Nothing that would bring me back.
The best thing on the menu was the burgers which is what I got.
I was with a large party (10+ people). So we ordered several things.
The drinks weren't well made. The "sangria" looked and tasted like watered down cranberry juice.
My friend got an old fashioned that tasted cider-like. I kept it simple with Tanqueray and tonic...
For food we ordered quite a few things-
Fries.. Not the best. Not crispy
Calamari... Dry
Crab dip.. Didn't see any crab and it was salty
Chesapeake Flatbread.. It was just ok. Bread was soft which I liked.
Entrees... Chicken Alfredo, Veggie Premavera, kids noodles, kids chicken tenders
Seaford imperial
House salad with shrimp and another with salmon
Smash Burgers... Get these...I created my own.
I think best thing I ate was the burger.
Over all the meal as a whole was underwhelming.
Our waitress was nice. She had to do a lot running up and down to serve us and she did a good job.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - John S.Verona, WI4547Jul 27, 2023
The menu was good (not too big to cause decision paralysis but not too small to have nothing for some people). The service was great - we were especially happy with Mackenzie tonight. She projected her voice extraordinarily well and was very pleasant to one and all. (She's my new favorite server anywhere.) As we're a fairly large group (10 full size people) and the room we were seated in worked well - not loud, not embarrassingly quiet.
My only suggestion for the manager/owner(s) might be to offer a smaller NY strip as an option for smaller appetites.
Otherwise be prepared to bring some home.
10/10 would visit again anytime we stop in Ocean City.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jul 20, 2022
Out of this entire weekend; this was the first stop I went to that had great service and good food. I hate that I cannot remember our waitress name, but she was so sweet and efficient. I know this was on a Saturday morning, and we ate upstairs with a young woman as our waitress.
First impression, I passed it at first because I didn't know it was connected to the LaQuinta Inn. When we walked in, it was very clean, people greeted us and we were seated immediately.
We ordered the:
1. Stuffed French Toast - Soft and delicious
2. Chesapeake egg skillet - my friend at this and she LOVED it
3. Avocado Toast - it came with onions and tomatoes but I do not eat that, however once I added a dab of hot sauce, it was DELICIOUS. It was honestly a lot of food, and I could only eat one piece of toast...I swear, it was a whole avocado on each piece of toast lol
Would I come back? Yes. Plain & SimpleHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Nathalie D.Silver Spring, MD11037Jul 9, 2023
Service was great ! I wish I would of taken down my waitress name . She always made sure we had drinks full, and that we were taken care of . Appetizers were the crab dip which was good but I would of liked more crab meat , comes in a bread bowl so it soaked up the crab dip and it was great . Wings we ordered mild not a very saucy wing but the mild was good .
Strip and shrimp was great my fiancé liked it . Pasta primavera was average plus side is you can add shrimp or salmon to it . My toddler got a bowl of butter noodles and broccoli it was a generous size portion , she loved it . We also had the rib grilled cheese perfect toast on the bread not soggy and a side of fries . We sat outside which was great , I did step inside first floor was mostly the bar which looked like a good time lol .Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Lisa S.Littlestown, PA076Nov 18, 2023
What an amazing experience! Stopped by for happy hour. The happy hour menu was a nice mixture of items. We had great service created immediately upon entering the bar. The staff did great keeping everyone at the bar serviced and were very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend the Parmesan Truffle fries with balsamic drizzle. They were phenomenal! Crispy, large portion and the balsamic drizzle brought it all together! For dinner we had 2 different entrees. The blackened Seafood Risotto did not disappoint. The creamy risotto offset the blackened shrimp and scallops. I loved it! If you are looking for a steak the Petite Tenderloin hit the spot! The steak was made exactly how we ordered. The seasonal chefs butter melted over the steak and mushrooms was phenomenal!! We will definitely be back again. If you are looking for a nice place to have a drink, enjoy some great food and nice atmosphere You have to come to Ocean 13!

Quick and friendly service. Great outdoor seating right on coastal highway. It was fun to watch the cars while waiting for lunch.
We were greeted as soon as we walked in (what seemed like the wrong entrance--stairs from outside street going up)
She asked where we would like to sit. Inside or out. And then brought us to a table and asked if it was okay.
The food was amazing. We got the shore billy fries to start, it had crabmeat, jalapeños, cheese, bacon and ranch. Our waitress was attentive and never left us with empty glasses or wondering where she was. She checked on us just enough. We will be back.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Katherine M.Plainview, NY022Jun 25, 2023

Went here based on the yelp reviews and was so disappointed. Walked in and was seated in a freezing cold dining area at a sticky table and the laziest most schizophrenic decor I've ever seen. Placed our order and got a bunch of appetizers to give it a fair shake and everything was just beyond average. One of the items was a short rib bruschetta that looked like it was sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour. Whoever came up with this dish has an awful palate. The crab dip tasted like something I could have bought at the grocery store. Total let down.
