IHOP

All IHOP's are pretty much the same food wise so what sets one apart from the others is the cleanliness and the service.

From the first looks this place was pretty clean considering that it is a very busy restaurant. Restrooms were clean so that's always a good sign of how the place is.

Let's get to service. We'll the service we got here was pretty good. Our waitresses was Karla V. She was quick, professional and was attentive to our needs. We only dealt with Karla but the impression she left was a good one.

If you come to this IHOP make sure you ask for Karla as your waitress and give her a good tip!

Tried this new menu item and it was delicious! Fries were crispy! Eggs were perfectly poached. Bacon Jam was salty and sweet. I'll definitely be having this again!

It's been years since we ate here and much to my surprise, we enjoyed a very good fresh breakfast. The host whore a black sequin jacket, was beautiful and welcoming! She looked as if she should have been in a fine dining very restaurant. Our waitress was full of energy & personality! I wish I remember her name! She was excellent! She told us of a few specials featuring specialty french toast, which I did enjoy! And my boiled eggs request was quick and fulfilled with no problem. Usually my request catches the restaurants by surprise and comes off as challenge. Why, I don't know but not here! At $8.99, it was a true value. Hubby enjoyed his combo breakfast as well! We were continuously checked on by both the host & our amazing waitress! All in all, our gift card we were gifted was a real gift! Past reviews did not do this place justice!

Waitress was very sweet would give her 5 stars. But waiting at the door for 30 minutes for a table to be ready when it was ready and clean the whole time. The food came out and was just a basic breakfast.

The reason they are currently understaffed I assume is because the staff and management are rude and aggressive. Back story I took my elderly client to eat her today and as the food came out there was a dish that didn't come out as advertised and we told the waiter he returned to the table the the rest of the meals constituents. By that point we had eaten most of the meal and the entree remained fully uneaten and the waiter was nowhere to be found. The check came and I asked for the item to be removed since it sat untouched. I was berated by the manager that "I should have known it wasn't what she wanted" then the waiter came and began to yell and argue with me. Yelling I came to the table 5 times I said you've been way too busy to come here 5times , mind you there are 2 waiter and maybe 6 tables ? After a 5min explanation tell them the service was fine but I wasn't paying for a meal that wasn't eaten. We went to the register under the agreement 25% would be take off the one item. We get to the register and the waiter slide the card reader to me with the original price pending! This actually made me come out of character because it was sneaky and underhanded. I went back and drew his 20 dollar tip from the table, leaving the amount me and the manager agreed on and left the store.

TERRIBLE can't begin with to be the best word to describe this!

The manager, Christopher Flores Artis was horrible on today. He let people come in in front of other people that were waiting. He claimed he texted us when it was our turn to get a table but I didn't have a text message and neither did the couple ahead of us and neither did the couple ahead of them.

The app still showed us a number two on the waiting list. Then he said to me, don't hate the player hate the game. I told him that was not something you say to customers. He said are we gonna argue or are we going to seat you? He was very rude.

All the other staff was nice and professional.

This is the Mays Landing restaurant.

Best breakfast place by far. You will never go to another breakfast place with so many different flavorful options.

Amazing pancakes. Great coffee. Good service. Have been going to ihop since my children were small. Never disappointed.

Food was cold and just not flavorful. Definitely one of the worst ihop restaurants I have been to. The waitress Diana was really nice tho and quick.
