O'Reilly Auto Parts

I'm a student and I work, I know a little about my vehicle. I have changed my oil myself etc, so when I woke up for class and my truck didn't start I fucking panicked. I immediately assume it's a huge problem and I look online to diagnose the situation. All I need is a new battery, I'm pretty sure. I get the battery checked at a local Pepboy's and they quote me stupid high amounts for a new battery without warranty.
I call the Oreilly's by my house and talk to the manager and he quotes me and tells me they'll change it for free and take my old battery, and their prices are cheaper AND I get a warranty. I got off the phone, got a jump and got to Oreilly's as soon as I could and the manager Rick knew he had just spoken to me, rings me up and Eric changes out my battery. He even checks my starter and alternator after he's done to ensure I won't run into more problems. Great customer service and fair pricing.

Although I live closer to the McClintock and Guadalupe location, I prefer to come to this one. Their customer service is unmatched and are super helpful. This location is also a lot cleaner than most

they were cool & all but jake and his little beanie headed friend kinda flamed my boyfriend about an exhaust issue we're having/car.
i understand men will be men, but that wasn't very professional of Jake or the beanie headed kid whether he worked there or not. he was behind the counter and instead of informing us, he made it sound a little rude.
as we are already informed and working on fixing it, for 8:30 in the morning on a monday i don't really appreciate being told by a bunch of men what we already know; then to continue to try to make it into a joke.

Chance and Landon were very kind and attentive workers. My boyfriends car broke down right in front of their shop in the middle of the road. Despite his battery being from Autozone they continued to help him until we were able to go to Autozone. They just simply wanted to help and we're grateful.

Great service. Battery was acting up, Cole checked it for me and it was bad. He talked me through my options and then replaced the battery for me. Great guy, great service.

Came here to get a lightbulb replaced, and the staff was really helpful in finding the right bulb. This week I came in and an employee Daniel went above and beyond to help me. He was so nice and friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I had a positive experience.

Whenever I need a place to get anything automative related I will be stopping here from now on!

My fender was falling off & I believe Austin or Caleb helped me but I was super impressed this is my new store forsure !!! Best customer service everrr

Credit card machine down! This day in age that's weak and I can say more than several people in there shopping left because it was "cash only" they don't have a manual cc system? That's too bad I don't think I'll be back despite its convenient location
