      I always walk in for a pedicure. Alex does a fantastic job every time. They are both very personable and I get a great pedicure at a reasonable price. I would never bother to take my chance anywhere else! I had a very bad experience at another local place before I started going here a couple of years ago. This place is very sanitary and it has TVs to watch while they work on you.

      I had an appointment for mani/pedi. I arrived on time and no manicurists were there- only 2 other customers. They told me the manicurist guy went to get a coffee.... 15 min later he walks in, no apology for wait.....
      the guy finally starts my nails 45 MINUTES after my appt time- Now if I was a walk in I would understand but I had an appointment. 2 hrs and 15 min later I'm finally done with mani/pedi
      RIDICULOUS and I will never go back
      I kind of wondered why on a weekend there was hardly anyone there ....now I know

      I believe the person who had done my nails this day was the one of the owners, the wife. I had spent 5 HOURS in the salon due to the fact that she kept getting lint stuck in the nail color. I suggested maybe not wiping the brush on the towel as it may be contributing to more and more lint with each application ... she still continued eventually after a couple hours .... she switched to wiping on a paper towel but by then the bottle of color was ruined unfortunate as that was a new bottle. After 5 hours of suffering because she didn't want to remove existing color and just use a new color she actually the charged me $100!! afraid to ever go back

      I don't normally write negative reviews but this just needs to be said...do not come here.
      I was with two friends and we got appt. for mani and pedis. There were only two people working and when we arrived they were still working on the two customers in there. The poor lady getting a full set was still there after we left! So much juggling around and waiting.
      It took an hour and a half for the pedicure alone. My water was cold and the whole experience was just not relaxing at all.
      Needless to say, we did not have time for manicures.
      Overbooking is such a bummer for all customers.
      The woman, maybe the owner, was very nice but the man was asking all sorts of personal questions, which he may have just been trying to be friendly but I do not need everyone knowing what I do for a living and then him joking about it.
      My girl friend did not consult Yelp when she made the appointment
      She won't make that mistake again

      I went in for a full-set of gel nails ($45) on April 15 (the owner penciled me in for 3:30pm). Let me just start with the fact that, this was the worst set of nails I have ever received in over 20+ years!! I've been doing nails for over 24 years and I know what they should look like. I needed someone to do a full-set because of an injury that I had which made it difficult for me to do my own. (let's just start there)!

      What went wrong:
      1. The eFile used had a very abrasive tip and the female technician had it on "high". My nail beds were burning after she was done prepping them for tips;
      2. The price for a full set of gel nails is $45 and I was charged $55;
      3. I questioned "the owner" why the technician was using a powder and monomer instead of a liquid gel and I was assured that it was a powder gel;
      4. If it smells like acrylic and looks like acrylic, it must have been acrylic powder;
      5. The technician applied the liquid product not only to the nail tip but all the way up to my first knuckle. I could feel & see it dry, a lot like crazy glue when it's applied to skin. At this point my nails were a "hot mess" including my fingers;
      6. She then had me place my nails/hands underneath the lamp, which then began to burn my nail beds, so I removed them;
      7. The owner and the technician switched places and he finished the process by starting to file my nails; when I told him and showed him the shape (Coffin) that I wanted, he stated that it was not an easy task to do because they would have put on that shape of a nail tip when they started my set. He was implying that it was my fault that they used the wrong shape of nail tip.
      Now I know there are different shapes of nail tips but it does not take much to file a nail into any shape!!
      8. He spent maybe 10 minutes filing my nails into the coffin shape that I wanted; complaining and explaining to me the entire time how it was so difficult for him..
      9. I did NOT want any polish on my nails because I do freehand nail art and was going to do that myself at home;
      10. When I finished washing my hands and went to pay he had charged me $10 more and stated that it was because I wanted the Coffin shape and that he had to file them to get that shape (as if it was a complete and utter burden) to ask them to do!!

      IN CONCLUSION:
      When I got home it took four hours to peel & file (yes, I had to use a nail file) to remove the product off each of my fingers and knuckles. It also took an additional 30 minutes to fix the shape of my nails (to look like a coffin shape) which I was never able to achieve.

      I will never go back to this salon ever again!! It is the next day and my fingers are so sore and my nail beds will have to repair themselves over time because of the harsh filing that both the owner and his technician did to my natural nails. Anytime, I questioned either of them as to why they were not doing a specific Step, they answered with, "...that is an extra charge!"

      So be warned that prepping your nails before putting on a New Set, is an "extra charge" and trimming the nail tips that they put on (to the desired length that you requested) is also an "extra charge!!"; if they have to file your nails into a different shape than the tip that they started with, that too, is an "extra charge".

      I will be soaking my hands in a Epsom salt hand bath to help them heal and wait a few days before I polish them.

      The horrible shape (not coffin)!! You can also see the soreness along my cuticles where the e-file made it bleed.

      A bit disappointed. Came in to get dip nails removed and new set of gel nails, which was well done.
      However he shaped my first hand very different before I noticed and could correct him. I mentioned it and he just shook his head which made me feel like it was my fault? WTH. Too angled on the sides and don't know why he changed my shape from how I arrived. You'd think customers want the same shape nails as when they come in, right? Don't just change the shape to what you like- ask your customer what they want. He must have forgot to ask what shape I wanted, but most places don't always ask which is mind boggling.
      A different person did my polish, and it looks awful- here is a picture of my polish before I even left the parking lot. Went home and changed polish myself.

      Freshly painted from #1 nails.  Painted too far: polish went on to my cuticles and skin which is definitely not professional.

      Wish there was a zero stars option. I was in this salon for 1.5 hours getting a basic pedicure. There were two manicurists working on six people. I got the "relax pedicure", it was the farthest from relaxing one can experience. My water was cold from having to wait for so long and I had to get a pedicure in steps because he was working on three people at the same time. When I brought it to his attention that my toes were still dirty he said, " what do you want me to do? ". Bottom line poor service and poor quality. Wish I would have read these reviews prior to going and saved two hours of my time. Go elsewhere.

      If there was a 0 star review option, that's what I would put for this place! Me and my friend went here yesterday and we're very disappointed. We got acrylics.
      1. I didn't want acrylics. I just wanted to get my nails painted with gel polish but they said my nails were too short to paint without adding some length to them. So I wasn't thinking and said ok.
      2. The man there was rude and kinda nosey. He asked what shape I wanted and I said oval. I'm not sure if he was joking or not but he asked me to draw it for him. I had no paper to draw it so I told him I can show you a picture of it and he kept insisting I should just draw it. When I told him here I'll just show you a picture. He acted like a 5 year old and banged his hands on the desk and threw a tantrum. He yelled "NO I WANT YOU TO DRAW IT!" I got anxious and was about to just leave but didn't. He started to shape one of my nails and then he asked if this was how I wanted it and when I said yes he got up and went to start on another persons nails. 30 minutes later he came back to me and did the rest and he complained the entire time while shaping them. My hands kept tensing up because of how much pressure he was putting on my fingers. When he was shaping them it kept hurting me. He kept telling me to relax and in my head I'm thinking "how the heck am I supposed to relax when your hurting me the entire time."(he complained the entire time while doing my friends nails also. Saying the design she wanted was too hard to do when really it wasn't and she asked if they could do it they could have told her no and she had something else in mind)
      3. Their desks were very messy and they are not organized what so ever. I'm not sure how they got into this business. They are so unprofessional!
      NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN! Will not be recommending this place to anyone!

      Worst customer service ever I would never trust this place. The owner will even cuss at you unacceptable Behavior. Go somewhere else not kid friendly at all.

      I will never come here again I brought my daughter here for her birthday in April I got my nails done my daughters nails done was ripped off for the price didn't even get what I wanted done I said no gel and I want it up with a gel pedicure I said I wanted green nail polish and I got purple I would never recommend anyone to come here
