The front desk lady needs to learn an inside voice! My significant other was sent here and she's talking to patients across the room. Patient confidentiality lady! Your not a sports announcer!!

dr. wasserman here is the best!! kind, funny, and explained everything to me. i showed up at 4:30 on a friday and he came out to tell us they were going to do their best and let us know our timelines. such a happy guy, really helped me feel better. the nurses were all very nice as well! don't recommend getting hurt at work lol, but do recommend this place

It was good in the beginning. The PT people and the doctor are amazing! Really helpful and honestly really caring.. the receptionist on the other hand. They pretend to me nice not all some I have had so many issues with scheduling. Telling me I missed my appointments but I had no idea I was even scheduled for some. Said they contacted me multiple times which they did not. Emailing my boss making me look irresponsible when I did nothing wrong. I have gone in 3 times checked in and they don't call me until 30mins later saying they didn't saw me when they actually said hey to me.. Really need to train the receptionist again!..

First time coming Into here and the lady at the front desk had a bad attitude and was very rude! She acted like I knew what to grab and fill out! But the gentleman on other had was more then helpful
