Horrible visit was there for four hours for physical and drug screen, with only four people in front of me, all around this wasn't a good experience at all.

I've been going there for few months there very nice there helping me get the treatment that I need Samantha in physical therapy has been amazing and Fernado in medical has very helpful getting my treatment that I needed for my injury thank you

Within the very first visit, Dr. Kevin Mathew identified areas of major weaknesses that contribute to my hip function problem. He is a great listener and extremely patient with me. He has also been a great teacher by taking the time to explain everything clearly so I understand how each of the exercises will help me recover my hip functions. Working with Dr. Mathew gives me hope that I will recover through physical therapy. Thank you!

Staff is very rude and slow! Looks like they hate their job.... Definitely don't recommend this place at all !! Don't waste your time

I have a bad experience with the staff . They did not provide me with information to make informed decision if I want to see the doctor and physical therapy. Because of that lack of accurate information I lost a session. After a visit with the doctor I asked when the referral will be submitted they told me it will be done through their cooperate office . I called over 5 or 6 times for two weeks to inquire about the approval and every tine they tell me to wait and wait. Now they are telling me that it was no referral to begin with . I have a rotator cuff surgery plus an accident yet I lost two weeks of therapy time because of them. It's just sad .

From the receptionist to the nurse and the doctor, everybody was kind and helpful.

PT sessions are the best!!

Con: the waiting room smelled really bad

Been waiting for over an hour and a half for a u.a. staff unorganized. And act like it's funny.
