North Tustin Veterinary Clinic

This is the most money-hungry veterinary clinic that doesn't care about animals well-being. Vets are expensive in general but these people will keep bringing up policies and quoting you cheaper prices at first (bait and switch) then charging you higher on pick-up when the services have already been completed.... All in the name of your pet's "health." They blame everything on their made-as-you-go policies and other centers like laboratories. If you care about your pet's health take your business elsewhere to more ethical places. At least my pets didn't get any real services such as surgeries done here like other reviewers have pointed out, with their fur babies being health being adversely and irreversibly affected . Do not rely on any promises their staff makes you regarding their policies, and make sure you get anything they say in signed writing because otherwise they will pretend to you that nothing is said or worse claim that the certain staff member no longer works there. There is absolutely no sense of accountability on part of this clinic. I will be taking this up with better business bureau on account of three documented issues with this business. I only came here because my animals used to come here to see Dr Kali. Now reading the reviews, I see he is gone which makes a lot of sense because their business has gone downhill. As a member of the legal community, I take my grievances with this bad business practices of this veterinary clinic seriously and will take action. Shout out to Veronica, the bearer of bad news!

On a simple google search, I found out that (as on 5/28/2018) North Tustin Vet Clinic has FAILED to obtain a NECESSARY license from Veterinary Medicine Board. This means that they have been practicing without a Vet License for over 3 years now! This is highly illegal.

The most friendly, caring and professional Vet.
Brought my doggie here for the first time yesterday. I called around prior to coming here to find a reliable, kind, and responsible vet that carried a particular brand of rabies shot. It was this vet and another vet. What sold me on the phone was Sam. He was so patient, professional, kind and understanding going over with me the prices for the senior panel compared to the other vet I called- that lady was short, little snarky, and didn't seem wanna help me.
Dr. Crystal Valino- and her assistant were so professional and sweet upon meeting my Chase- taking their time and getting to know him, as well as being gentle with him.
He got a senior panel, the rabies shot and a nail trim. The energy and the vibe at this vet felt really good. You can tell they all genuinely care and their prices are reasonable too. Definitely bringing all my pets here from here on out.
Ps- if you're looking for a rabies shot without mercury, they carry it here. It is called IMRAB. Very few vets carry this particular brand of rabies shot. It's way better for your pet.

I have been here a couple of times and have been very happy with my experience. I took my two cats recently to get vaccines. One was found to have lost some weight so we ordered labs to see if we can get to the bottom of what's going on. I appreciate that they text the next day to follow up and check on the fur babies. All of my interactions with staff and doctors has been very kind, compassionate, and caring.

Really thankful for North Tustin Veterinary Clinic! They are not my regular vet. I called them desperately looking for some prescription cat food after a big snafu with my regular vet. I explained the situation and they were so understanding. They were able to get me my bag of dry cat food after speaking with the doctor. The front staff who I spoke with was so amazing. Thank you to all of them!!!

I went to this vet after being told by another vet that my 8 week old Maltipoo, Coco, only had a 10% chance of surviving because she was dealing with worms and other numerous infections and it was otherwise "incurable". I called this vet to get a second opinion, and they told us to bring her in right away. As soon as we walked in they took her in the back and looked at her right away to see what was wrong. Seggerman determined that her condition was curable and gave her the necessary treatment and medication. After we brought Coco home she was visibly doing much better, and she is now 20 weeks happy and healthy all thanks to Dr. Seggerman.

Dr Seggerman, is very positive and energetic and you can clearly tell she loves what she does. I am so thankful that I found her. I hope no one has to go through what we went through but knowing that Seggerman is around I have peace of mind knowing she can aid so many others. I would highly recommend her to anyone with a pet.

Dr. Seggerman is the reason why my dog has a chance to beat cancer. You don't have to even ask her to be thorough and detailed. She took the time to come out and talk to us about everything, was so patient even in the cold, and was so knowledgeable. I was worried because it's curbside service, but PLEASE don't be worried. I can say I have never trusted someone this much with Tygr because I can see how much she cares and her compassion. Coming here made me cry happy tears finally feeling secure and having a direction.
She was perfect on the meds for him, the referrals, informing us about care for him, just such a great vet.

Last month the staff at North Veterinary Tustin office helped us through the loss of our dear Cali. The whole experience is a blur but one thing I remember clearly is how kind the staff was to us and our sweet Cali. I imagine they deal with this often but they all seemed genuinely sad for our loss. I'll never forget how gentle they were with her at her last appointment. The comfort they gave us during such a heartbreaking time is something I will always appreciate.

Dr. Seggermann is incredible. She goes above and beyond to make sure my pets and I feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you Dr. Seggermann for all you do!!

Dr Seggerman is a great vet. She is very caring, honest and a overall terrific vet. She does everything she can to give you an appointment as soon as possible. Her prices are reasonable and she also offers senior discounts. Staff is always friendly and approachable.

HIGHLY recommended. I have brought my cats to North Tustin Vet Clinic for years based on a good recommendation from my neighbor who brought in her dogs for years. I have been able to experience a variety of services and Vets offered there, all the best we could ask for! IMO the prices are fair and reasonable. My cats currently LOVE Dr Courtney Seggerman and that makes our visits a whole lot more enjoyable. Keep up the GOOD work in our community, NTVC, you are all much needed. I took my bunny Jojo to this vet to get neutered and we had zero complications! Nice facility with friendly staff and excellent animal care!
