Dr. Brown and his staff are very professional and friendly. He provides excellent dental care. I am so glad I was able to find a dental care place that provides quality care and service. There are a lot of not so honest dentists, but with Dr. Brown and staff, you can always expect 100% honesty and now that they keep your best interests in mind.

I recently switched to North Pointe Dental Care after going to the same dentist in the city for 25 years! I am so thrilled I found this practice!! I just had my first major dental procedure performed there and I was so impressed. Dr. Jason Brown has the best bedside manner and explains every step he is taking. He seems very aware of different people's pain thresholds and tries to minimize any discomfort. His staff is top notch as well! And of course, the office is top notch (beautifully decorated, modern, latest technologies, etc.)! Dr. Brown has definitely found his calling! Karen

I have been to a lot of dentist offices over the years but have never found anyone truly as wonderful as Dr. Brown and his staff! I found the teams good Yelp reviews and wanted to try them after I went to a dentist in my insurance plan who did an awful job on my filling and was incredibly rude. The moment I called North Pointe they were understanding and competent - a total 180 from the previous dentist I went to! The North Pointe staff were able to squeeze me in a few days after I called because I was in discomfort. They were able to fix my issues from the other dentist in no time and most of all, they treated me so kindly.
I cannot rave about my experience enough! If you have dental anxiety or have had bad past dental experiences, North Pointe is the office that will relieve all of that stress. Thank you Dr. Brown and staff!!!

North Pointe Dental, headed by Dr. Jason Brown has a magnificent staff! It is an excellent dental practice. The office is modern, with state of the art dental technology. Dr. Brown is an outstanding dentist; he is warm and affable and very thorough in explaining everything he does pertaining to your dental care. I've been a patient for the last six years and my oral health has been better than ever. When my former dentist sold his practice and moved to the northern suburbs; I was devastated. It's hard to connect to a new dentist after having one you've adored and trusted for so many years. Back then, I was devastated to begin the new search; but after my first appointment for my cleaning, meeting Dr. Brown and his staff I knew, I'd made the right choice for my family.

Well... I've done just about everything you can do at a dental practice with North Point Dental. From a simple cleaning, to getting two replacement crowns after mine old ones cracked from a different dental office, teeth whitening, and my final prerogative of 6 cosmetic porcelain veneers across the top row of my front teeth. I've spent many hours at this dental facility and the staff is extremely competent, patient, and truly caring. Dr. Brown himself is so knowledgeable and skilled and walks you through the entire process as it's happening and takes time to answer questions and hear out your concerns. He uses top rated facilities for getting quality crowns and porcelain veneers made which is so important. Very thankful to have found them, I postponed getting my dental work done for as long as possible because I really hate going to the dentist; and finally I found a place that offers skilled and quality service. You won't go wrong here!

I can say enough how much I like this practice. It is clean and comfortable. I have experienced the highest quality service Ive experienced in a long time. Dr. Brown is friendly, thorough and detail oriented. His staff Maria and Wendy are wonderful. They have helped me every step of my invisalign experience and I couldnt be happier with my results. Id highly reccomend to all my friends and family.

I was not satisfied with the dentist or the work completed. If you need anything other than a cleaning I would suggest you consider other options. X-rays were not taken as needed. There was quite a bit of pain involved in the work that was done. There were issues with the accounting and I was over billed. The Dr.'s response was that sometimes mistakes were made. Not happy here and have moved on.

Everyone at this practice is amazing. They are so kind and gentle. Dr. Brown explains everything he's going to do before he does it, and I trust him to make recommendations on what I need done. He's conservative in his recommendations, which I appreciate, as I've had some bad experiences in the past. I would recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who have been put off by dentists telling you that you need a lot of unnecessary work, or those who are anxious at the dentist. North Pointe Dental has a great, calming staff.

The cement from my permanent retaining wire came loose a couple days ago and I was referred to North Pointe because I couldn't get in any place else and me messing with it only made matters worse. I called and was given a 4:10 appointment that same day! There was no hemming and hawing, the receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Dr Brown was shockingly pleasant as well! As well as his dental assistant. I've been to other dentist and they can be rush rush with no pleasantries. He was kind, pleasant and did a quick efficient repair. No discomfort at ALL. I was out within 20 minutes of arrival, that was with completing forms, the repair and payment. I think I'll be switching my dentist to North Pointe. Thank you guys! My mouth thanks you!
