After years of working with Dr. Norris and seeing his work first hand how precise and meticulous he is and the time he gives to every patient. I decided to have Dr Norris perform a scar revision and lower or mini abdominalplasty on me, after having a different Dr performed an abdominalplasty two years prior leaving me very unsatisfied. DR. I was referred by emergency room doctor to call this office to make an appointment to see Dr Norris within a week. So I did.

It was answered by a friendly voice and sounded like a professional actress' voice. I immediately imagined the smile on her face eventhough I can't see her.

She asked about the name of my insurance company. I told her. She responded so fast "no we don't accept that." Whoa. Slow down Speedy Gonzalez. I specifically checked this office accepts my insurance. I know most doctor's office ask clarifying questions because it has a co-name as branded differently.

I can hear her demeanor changed to Wicked Witch of the West. Oh FLICK Y0U too.

Dr. Norris is the best in the business! He answered all of my questions and concerns and was very professional and knowledgeable about my procedure. If you want a plastic surgeon who is professional, knowledgeable, and concerned about your needs, and has an impeccable bedside manner-he is the one! I highly recommend him.

I enjoy Dr Norris as a person and he is very kind and attentive.

I had surgery last Sept 2018. We agreed on a procedure that had a few pieces to it. He said he could do it so I was excited. He raised my buttocks because they were sagging from weight loss surgery and from a botched previous surgery. Ok no problem there great job. My bikini line was high from a body lift I had after weight loss so he said he would lower it since I was having a corset technique done on my stomach to flatten some more again because of other surgeries there's only so much that can be done at one time. Ok no problem.

The issue is instead of lowering my bikini line it is a big frown and shows over my panties!!!!! (Wasn't the case before) It's been a year almost and it hadn't relaxed. I was to have lipo on my upper stomach, do the corset technique, cut out extra skin, pull my stomach tight and then suction that fat area above the vaginal area and pull down. Instead, no lipo was done on the upper stomach (under the breast) no corset technique was done, no excess skin cut away and after the upper vaginal lipo the skin was pulled up not down making a frown. I asked at follow up why he didn't do the upper stomach lipo and corset he said he didn't see that the lipo on the upper stomach needed to be done.
He drew a triangle where he was supposed to cut skin away and pull in he didn't do that either. He said I could come back and clean up everything but I spent $14k already!!!! The butt part is fine. Cosmetic surgery is not exact so I am pleased with that but I am not pleased with my stomach nor the ugly bikini line! If it was a life or death thing and he needed to stop the work ok I get it but when asked, that wasn't the answer I got. We drew, we took pics, we talked and agreed and he even took a pic on his phone before surgery to make sure he retained the markings. For once I am not satisfied. I have a fatty area under my breast and on the middle of my belly that resembles a butt if I pull them together (funny but not funny) that looks horrible to me. I would let him clean everything up but now I am afraid we will agree again on what should be done and he will decide otherwise while I'm anesthetized and I wake up with something different than we discussed.

He is smart and a very nice guy which is why it took so long to do this review because I wanted to adjust and try to be ok with things but $14k and 11 months later it bothers me especially when I look in the mirror. .

If you have procedures done, don't do too many things at once because if something goes undone for whatever reason it just might be the thing that matters most to you and you won't be happy, like me unless I want to spend another $10k+ to try again.

To his credit he did my thighs in 2017. They have settled and I can see that I need a more taken out but overall they look far better than they did.
