Talked to Wally the owner who actually performed my smog check. Very friendly guy. Place is tucked in the industrial area behind the restaurants off of commerce. Total time with the friendly interaction was under 10 mins!!

Due to this place being well reviewed, I decided to buy a Groupon for them to do my smog check. All I can say is that you have to pay $10 to print the smog certificate, which I think is ridiculous. Isn't that supposed to be something that they should provide automatically with the service?

I do not recommend such company who nickel and dime you.

The norco diesel is the best. I went there for the somg check, waleed was so helpful, he saved me almost a $100 when he fix a sensor "check engine" ,

Originally took our Diesel Silverado to the dealer to replace the turbo, it was going to be over $3,400. Read the great reviews on Norco Diesel Repair and called Wally. He quoted us $2,300 with the same 12 month warranty.

Wally kept us informed regarding the progress and when we picked the truck up it had significantly more power and ran perfectly. Don't waste your time and money if you are having an issue with your Diesel take to to Norco Diesel Repair and Wally will treat you right, get the job done on time and at the cost he originally quoted....

I won't take my truck anywhere else for service. Not only was the service exceptional, the owner (Wally) is very friendly, personable, and professional. I've had a lot of bad experiences over the years with shop owners over charging, or taking advantage of customer inexperience.

GROUPON SMOG TEST BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Got a $25 voucher for a smog test through Groupon. Like most Groupon vouchers you have to call the business and make an appointment. This place is only open Monday - Friday 8am-5pm... which is my same work schedule. Do you see the problem here? To make the situation worse they apparently only smog cars between the hours of 11am and 2pm. Do they expect people to take time off of work to bring their vehicles in? Screw that noise, such a scam.

I have been taking my Chevy Duramax to Norco Diesel for the past year. They always take great care of my truck. I put a lot of miles on my truck and I needed a shop that I could trust. Wally the owner is a very friendly guy and he doesnt try to upsell you on extra services. They prefer to take appointments, but will work with you if you are able to drop your vehicle off with them for the day.

Poor service power steering was out he replaced the resolver and power steering unit, next day big leak on driveway . Took it back then he tried to tell me it was a transmission filter that was leaking, clearly it was the power steering leaking did not leak when it went in for service small oil leak but you can clearly tell the difference between oil leak and power steering fluid. He kept saying show me , you can here it in his voice he was upset . I own a business myself i would never argue with a customer im taking it else where to fix the leak they caused . Just not what i thought they were

Have a 2006 Chevy Durmax that wasn't starting., i was told by a another mechanic that the problem was the Fuel injection pump. Gave Wally a call regarding the issue, Wally explained to me that he didnt wan to just fix a part that I was told was bad. Wally explained that he wanted to do a diagnostic on the truck for $175 to ensure the problem was the injection pump. He told me that the $175 would go to labor on what ever the issue was. I thought that was fair I told him to go ahead with the diagnostic. After my truck was towed to his shop he called me 2 hours later saying is was the fuel injection pump. He said it would be about $1400 to fix it "I already had the part". After about a day he called me saying the truck wouldn't start, they needed to bleed the fuel lines next day something. After the weekend he calls me Monday saying the Truck is not starting & he needs to do a diagnostic & that it would be $175. I asked him if he already did the diagnostic when i had it towed to him he said no. After asking him why he didn't do the diagnostic when he said he was going to it originally he responded with "you told me to fix the fuel injection pump" I told Wally not to do anything that I would have the truck towed home. Wally basically fixed something that didn't need to be fixed he seen an opportunity to make some money & he took it. This guy is a crook will lie to get you in the shop then fix something that doesn't need to be fixed. Stay away!!
