Noll Construction Solutions

We needed some serious fence repair work done, and Noll Construction seemed a good candidate. I have zero regrets I contacted them.

Brandon is a hard-working guy who shows up with a clear plan, explains it thoroughly, and follows through diligently. And for a fair price. Can't ask for more than that.

This review is long overdue! Brandon and Jason replaced my old fence and gate last month. From my first contact, Brandon responded promptly and came out to measure for a proper estimate. That was received in a timely manner and Brandon was available and patient in answering my many follow up questions. I appreciate that he was easy to talk to about specific details, that put my mind at ease. And he is clearly a masterful carpenter. I could go on and on about how great the project turned out but I'll just let these before and after photos speak for themselves...

Bought a house a couple years ago that was flipped but unfortunately it was largely aesthetic and very cheaply done. The cement outside of my house was the only thing that could qualify as a patio but was cracked and frankly terrible looking. I wanted a deck, something very small and very simple and contacted several contractors. Between pricing, conversations, timeframe, and general knowledge, I went with Noll and was not disappointed! He really seems to have a passion for the job and you can tell he loves what he does. And I cannot even begin to explain how knowledgeable he was. I don't think there was any aspect of my home, the concept, or otherwise that he didn't fully understand and execute and even took the time to comprehensively explain things as he went. To knock the job out quicker had the help of another contractor, Aby, who was equally amazing. Both were really laid back, extremely efficient, and the pricing was the best quote I got. Brandon was fantastic! From the beginning he was quick to respond to our request. Professional. Explained everything well. Was very fair with pricing and cost. He and his team was efficient and clean. They did a great job. Look forward to having them back in the future.

Aby and Brandon were fantastic! They replaced 4 of our weight supporting columns in a single day and charged a very fair rate. Not only did they do a phenomenal job at replacing the columns, they were extremely professional, timely, responsive, and kind. We will definitely hire them again soon!

Brandon and his crew did an amazing job repairing my fence that was damaged from the storms this past year. He was extremely professional, efficient, work was very clean, and price was great!! And the job was done in two days!! We live near the foothills of the mountains and get a lot of bears. Fortunately there were no bears while he was working, but one bear did leave a bear mess (scat) and Brandon was kind enough to pick it up for me! Now, that is worth a lot!! Seriously couldn't thank him enough! LOL!! :)

Phenomenal work! I've worked with many contractors and carpenters, and Brandon with Noll Construction was the absolute best experience I've had. I'll definitely hire him again. He responded quickly, the quote was very reasonable, and he communicated every step of the way. Plus, the work was exceptional. He built us a fence and also fixed two existing gates. I can't say enough positive things.

Gorgeous new wall in a matter of days!

55 feet of wooden fence fell in one piece after recent heavy winds. I got quotes from 4 carpenters/contractors and went with Noll Construction. Brandon came out on Monday to access and discuss options and by Friday the wall was complete. He was good about updating with progress and sending photos as I wasn't home during the process.

His worker damaged my mailbox backing into the driveway and while this was a bit of an inconvenience, after I located a replacement Brandon installed and secured it right away.

Very happy with the new fence and have been showing it off to everyone!

We have only great things to say about Brandon and his team at Noll. We needed our back fence replaced, and we have a very extensive vegetable garden with raised boxes and a compost bin near the fence. Plus our neighbors have tall hedges, and so it was a bit of a challenge for workers to be able to get in there and really make it be solid, and look great. We also didn't want thin warpy wood slats that you might find at the big box stores, and Brandon knew where to go to get the stuff that is cured properly, will really last, and age beautifully. We now have a wonderful, natural redwood fence!

Brandon and the guys were super patient with all our picky questions and requests, and they had great suggestions for problem-solving, and design. We even added a posts-and-wire structure just in front of the fence, so we can grow berry bushes and grapevines without sacrificing the new structure. Brandon also added nice caps for our berry beds, which help to make the area look more finished and professional. They were tidy, quiet, and professional, and took real pride in their work (as they should!). Would recommend (and use again) in a heartbeat. Good, smart craftsmen doing great work. Gotta love that!

Our fence between us and the neighbors fell down with the high winds about two months ago - that and bc it was sort of infested with termites. Hah.

I found Brandon on yelp and gave him a call. He was very prompt with his responses and thorough with all of our options. We went with a horizontal cedar planked fence, which smells amazing and has a nice honey tone to it. On the neighbors side, we wanted it to be just a bit more budget friendly as they currently aren't inhabiting the space and wasn't exactly contributing to the resurrection of this fence either. Brandon helped us to find a more affordable wood option that made sense for their side and still had it looking good from the street side. Overall, our fence is absolutely beautiful and built in just a week!

Brandon definitely made this process easy on us and we are thrilled to have found an experienced, reliable contractor that is timely, thorough, and seems to really care about his work. We will definitely be hiring Brandon again for projects to come!
