Monday Bagel Dozen for $9 is a good value via the mobile application.

The application works well, and parking is a breeze.
staffing this morning was a bit indifferent / annoyed. I got my order with ease but the energy was not exactly upbeat.
The bagels are yummy, and most of them are in the fridge for toasting during the week.

First time coming here. Ordered the lox bagel. Had stomachache and diarrhea a few hours later. The only thing I ingested up to this point was this and water.

When I went home and looked at my receipt, I saw that it supposed to come with a side. The staff member did not give me the side. Sad.

Went on a Saturday morning around 10:30am. While there were 3 people working there was only one person making the bagels , after 30 minutes we had to get a refund on 2 plain bagels because they were still not even close to being done.
The worker on the register was rude and short , acting as if we were inconveniencing her to do her job. There also was a white man wearing a 3 foot long black dread lock wig which is giving racist.
We also got 3 coffees and they were subpar , definitely not worth the price.
I would avoid coming here , there are so many better options out there!

Think I finally had my last straw here, I'd say I've been here enough that I'm not surprised when the bagel isn't good. I'm just like another day at Noah's.
But finally, I realized yeah I'm done going back to the people in there and telling them my bagel is missing something, or it's the wrong bagel, or any of that anymore. My final time going, I bit into my bagel and found large chunks of egg shells in my mouth. And spit them all out. That finally was enough to make me never even look towards the direction of this place anymore.

The female cashier with brown hair and a 1942 tattoo is very rude and has a nasty attitude. She seems like she hates her job. If I were her manager, she would be gone immediately. Consider hiring people with better attitudes. We literally walked in and ordered and said our pleases and thank yous and she was rude to us for no reason lol. Idk if it's because she's an angry teenager or what but you should really train people on customer service or get rid of that rude cashier. A lot of other people who ordered after me were also thrown off by her nasty attitude

I will sometimes swing by here before work and i never had issues with my order in person. Lately, I've been ordering online but i can't customize my order online. When you order online you need to remember to pick up your spread on your own as they don't box it for you. I made the mistake once of thinking the spread as in the box and it wasn't, so i had to go back. The second time i ordered online the spread was in the box when i ordered the baker's dozen. I've had Egg farmhouse sandwich before it was good but dang was it expensive. I wish when you ordered the baker's dozen online you can choose what you want like you can in stores and i also wish their app was better

I visited that place twice this week, and on both occasions, I savored delicious breakfast sandwiches while also receiving excellent service from the friendly and efficient staff.
Although it's slightly inconvenient in terms of location, I am looking forward to making more frequent visits in the future.

Only place I know that yells at their customers for running out of bagels to sell in the morning.

Food 5 stars. Customer service 0 stars. As others have pointed out, don't expect the warm and fuzzies when you come here. Every person I've interacted with look depressed and doesn't seem like they want to be there. Make sure you tell them you have a coupon up front or they'll get really annoyed at you.

I pre-ordered through the app and when I arrived 15 mins later the food wasn't done. I waited another 20 minutes since it was clear that they were working on a big order, but I also noticed that the workers were super slow, even chatting to each other leisurely instead of trying to get the task finished. Then they finished that big order and just kinda stood around. I finally asked about my order and the cashier asked if I checked the mobile order rack. Of course I had, I'd been there for awhile with nothing to do. She found my tag and asked the others to make it immediately and that's when it got done quickly which I appreciated, but they shouldn't have had to been told to get to the remaining orders. Plus the trays in the front case were disheveled and there were missing trays so it looked like they were running out of product.

Lastly, why is this store still in Covid mode even though some of the employees don't wear masks? All the tables are roped off and it feel like guests aren't welcome. You had one table out front which I shared with another customer, which was kinda nice because it was in the sun, but it really makes customers feel like the employees want you to get your food and get out.

I love Noah's because I used to live near the Burbank location and their blueberry muffins had tons of crunchy streusel on top but this store's blueberry muffins taste like day olds and barely have any streusel. This location makes me always feel sad because the employees always look miserable. Does anyone (the owner or manager or corporate) care about the service at this location? Now I just go there to finish off the $20 in my app but I've toggled off the autopay. Once I've used up those funds, I'm done with Noah's.
