      If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. They are the worst! DO NOT USE NMAC if you don't absolutely have to! The car I purchased is just fine. NMAC is garbage. They make it very hard to even make a payment, then question me if it is only 2 days past the due date, still inside the grace period. Your calls are sent to some other country where you can hardly understand the person you have to give your ssn to. Not very comforting. We will not be buying Nissan again.

      NMAC is a venomous snake in the grass. Corrupt and treacherous. Refuses to report consumer payment history to the credit bureaus. This type of business practice should be illegal in all 50 states. Who purchase a new car but don't receive credit history worthiness for making their payments on time? Shame on Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. DO NOT FINANCE ANY VEHICILE WITH NISSAN MOTOR ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, go to a decent finance company or your local bank. If you just have to finance with them, ask before you sign the dotted line if they will report to the credit bureaus. This company has been engaging in unfair business practices for many years and the agencies that regulates them, refuse to hold them accountable. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT FINANCE WITH NMAC!!!!!!!!

      I have been trying to get my car's title transferred to my daughter for close to 5 months. I cannot get a simple answer from their customer service people.
      I have called multiple times over the last several months, and get a different answer every time. You can email the documents, you can't email the documents, you can have this document notarized.
      No, that's not the correct document that you got notarized.
      They are the absolute worst! And, you cannot speak to anyone in the transfer department because they don't take incoming calls
      User's recommendation: stay away.

      If only I could give a -0. This is by far the absolute worse lender I have ever worked with. It's like they make it extremely difficult to have simple questions asked. They seem to intentionally give customers a hard time. Worse service ever. These people barely understand English so leaning on them to help you fill out a applications or any of their paperwork is NOT a good idea and a an absolute waste of time.

      We traded in our Nissan, check was sent for the payoff amount and cashed but Nissan refuses to close the account and keeps harassing my wife to make another payment. Speaking with them did not help. I was hung up on 2 times when asking to speak with a supervisor.
      The supervisor Neil(not his real name), refused to give me his full name, was not helpful. He spoke with the dealership and told them to have us contact them. The payoff check that the dealership sent via UPS was accepted Tuesday August 10th and deposited. Neil refused to tell me that the check had been cashed and told me to call back later. Also refused to close the account.
      We will never finance a car through Nissan again, hope you do the same.

      ***DO NOT LEASE***

      I had leased a Nissan Sentra though them and yesterday I traded it in with Honda before the lease was up as Honda was offering a deal that was too good to pass up. Today I find out that Nissan Financial will no longer accept payment from any third party company to pay off your lease early and you are forced to either finish out the lease term or trade it in to another Nissan dealer. This took effect May 10th 2021 and my lease predates that and somehow still applies under their new rules.

      sent in a payoff on a lease along with documents they sent me to fill out, one month ago. I have documents showing they received and signed for the package. I have not heard anything since, they still have not even processed the payment which they did sign for. was told I would have the title in 14 days. I have made numerous calls and was told its being processed. A month and they still have not communicated. Good luck trying to communicate on line, their Chat is a joke. If you call you get sent to a person working remote, they told me that themselves. They said It now shows a past due payment but I shouldn't worry because it also shows they did sign for the received package/Payment. I also have documentation of the tracking and signed by C. Martinez in their payoff department. Have had many cars over the years both bought and leased. I just bought out another lease last year (With Infiniti Fin). One hour and done! My advice besides do not use this company is make sure you have documents and copies because your lawyer will need them.

      I lease a Nissan and recently needed to get some information as to when my lease expires as I am no longer able to drive a car due to some physical problems. I called the dealership but they had no idea how I could contact the Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. I tried to do some research on the internet but that didn't work - I'm not real savvy on how to use the internet. Now, I have no idea where to turn except to wait until the monthly payment is due and hopefully will be able to learn how to contact whoever it is that I should be talking to.

      I bought out my lease and my bank sent payoff overnight. It is now business day 27 and I still do not have title and bill of sale. I will never purchase a Nissan again!!!!!!!! And I called 35days after them receiving check and still cannot be told when I will receive the title. Unacceptable!!!!!!
