      I had my Daughter bring my Nissan Murano to be repaired on 7/20th. Sheldon Ramoutar, the Nissan 112 Service Advisor contacted me on 7/28th letting me know my vehicle was still being worked on. My wife called today 7/29th, and Sheldon stated the vehicle was fixed, and we could come pick it up. We went to Nissan 112, paid the charges, as well as, a 3% additional charge for using a Credit Card, and left with my vehicle. A few miles down the road, my vehicle was doing the same thing it was doing when I left it on 7/20th. I contacted Sheldon and explained the status of the vehicle he said was fixed. Shelden asked me to bring back the vehicle on Monday, not today, since their transmission person was not in. I requested a loaner vehicle since we only have one vehicle to get around. Sheldon stated he did not have any. I could not understand why Sheldon asked me to pick up my vehicle if it was not fixed. It is clear to me my vehicle was not tested post repairs. In dealing with Sheldon, I left Nissan 112 feeling not very confident. I felt Sheldon was waving me off for some reason. I would like for the GM, Fran Lomenzo, to please give me a call.

      I have a 2021 Sentra. It started going through Oil like crazy with no leak. At first they say they warranty isn't valid because I didn't get my oil changes there. That is a lie. Once I showed them that, they wanted all receipts for my oil changes. I provided those. Then they tell me I am supposed to have oil changes every 5000 miles. Wrong again. Their owners manual states every 7500 - 10000 miles, and that was confirmed by their consumer department. I first dropped my car off August 21st. I was told they couldn't find anything wrong. They added oil, told me to drive it for 200 miles and come back. I dropped my car off again on September 5th. Been calling them everyday to get answers. I was told nobody can figure out the issue. On September 28th, we went in their fuming. Now they are trying to say there is sludge in the engine which only happens when you don't keep up with the maintenance (even though they have all the maintenance receipts). I have been told by 2 different outside mechanics that if it took them from August 21st to September 28th to find sludge, either they are lying to void the warranty, or their service people have no idea what they are doing. These crooks are doing everything possible to find a way out of honoring my warranty. It is now October 20th. I still don't have my car. Kristin and Moe from their service department consistently tell me they will call me back, and no matter how many messages I leave them, I never get a call back. I have even reached out to the Tantillo Auto group, and have gotten no reply from them. No loaner car, so I have spent a couple thousand dollars on a rent a car, and I am still expected to make my payments even though I havent even seen the car in a month and a half. If you are looking for a car, DO NOT GO TO NISSAN 112!!!

      I also had a bad experience with this dealership, they definitely manipulate you. I was told that my car came with a 7 year warranty and the salesman said this is unheard of because it was a 2019 but it only had 2000 miles on it. which I found amazing and I couldnt pass that up. I was told one price and then when i purchased the car i put down $4000 which should have brought my car loan down.
      To make a long story short I was charged $4000 for the warranty It was not included in the price they wait until you sign to tell you that. I could of purchased the same warranty from the same company myself for less than half the cost. Thats how they make money. Dont ever buy a warranty from them you can can do it yourself. overall Im happy with the car, not the added cost . They will rob you blind and i also heard this from an employee at enterprise who deals with them. ( I had an accident and used the rentals from them ) They said they hear this from so many people. I cant undo it now but I will never buy from them again . I purchased the car over a year ago. Also the car salesman was really nice and helpful until I purchased the car and then would not answer my calls . Car salesman are the worst and they lie to your face. this probably happens at most dealerships but I can only speak of this one. Please be careful and do your research before buying a car and call the car warranty place before hand and see what the policy will cost, so you can decline there offer. also ask them questions and make sure you arent paying extra for things. I learned a big lesson that was costly. It is all about money with them
      Everyone is out there trying to scam people these days, Its so disturbing to me.

      BEWARE, Nissan 112 takes advantage of unknowing women. My girlfriend took her car here for an inspection and came out with a $928.11 bill. the 2 tires were marked up over 80%. I found the same tires at walmart for $74 a piece. Rear rotors and brakes at autozone are $125. Genuine Nissan ripoff. DO NOT VISIT NISSAN 112!

      Stay away do not purchase a car from this dealership. I preordered a 2023 frontier waited about 8 weeks for the truck to come in and then when I went to pic up the truck the dealership did not honor the purchase price that we have agreed on please consider buying from another dealership thank you

      The worst service department I ever had in any dealership. I made an appointment for a recall and when I got there they would not do the work saying it was too late in the day. LoL. When I question, they said that because I gave them a bad review in the past, I should go to another dealership for the service. In another words, THEY RETALIATED me for an old REVIEW. Trying to talk to the service manager and there is no ANSWER. I'm still waiting for my recall service to be performed, God help nothing happens to me or my car.

      Best place for service for Nissan. Always look to help you save money when you come here for service. Fresh bagels and coffee and other cool drinks. Staff is very friendly. This is the real haven for Nissan. Well lit and plenty of seats. Very clean

      Worst Nissan dealership to ever exist. They don't have a crap, about you and they do not care if you curse them out on this website. I never see a a dealer business that careless like this one. It's been taking them almost a month to fix a car that btw is still at their "body shop" or "repairing shop" or however they call it. It's ridiculous. Please please please do not look for any types of cars here. Is the worst!

      I can't say enough good things about our experience at Nissan 112! We worked with Chris, Carlos and Yessenia, they all over extended themselves to make our experience effortless and painless (because we all know that's how it can be when visiting a dealership). Carlos went above and beyond to help us in the finance department, despite our situation being a difficult one! We had some laughs and great conversation on top of getting down to business (which has been rare for my husband and I when visiting a dealership). When working with Chris, he was honest, upfront and ensured we had everything taken care of. Never once did we feel pressured to make any decisions and felt comfortable every step of the way. Yessenia was on top of our communication with Carlos and went out of her way to ensure of this process moving smoothly and efficiently! Due to my husband and I being in a very stressful situation, I truly am so grateful for our experience at Nissan 112, because they made what seemed impossible, possible and alleviated so much stress that we all know can come with purchasing a new car! We truly are so thankful for our experience! Thank you Yessenia, Chris and Carlos!
