Fantastic team. Two other roofing companies came by and tried to find the cause of the leak on our roof and couldn't get it right. Taylor and Brian came by and a couple of days later it was fixed.

This review is long over due as I used Taylor last summer. I have known the owner, Taylor, for over 3 years. I met Taylor when he worked for another large roofing company in the Denver area. I had many roofing companies walking my neighborhood wanting to inspect my roof for hail damage that happened in late 2019. I didn't care for the other companies as they only handled replacing the roof. Plus, tried to pressure me to sign a binding agreement to use them just because they inspected the roof. I refused to sign their agreements and sent them on their way. I would need to play general contractor and find other companies if other work was needed, which it was. So, I decided to do my own research on Yelp to see which roofing companies had the best ratings. I chose a highly rated company and they sent out Taylor. Taylor was personable and expressed no pressure whatsoever in explaining the work that needed to be completed. He also handled working with my insurance company. Taylor became the project manager for the entire job, which included new roof, new gutters, painting most of the trim and re-staining my entire fence. Taylor handled it all and did a fantastic job. I had no hassles as Taylor kept me in the loop and up to date on the working and timing for completion. Fast forward till today. Taylor decided to take the huge plunge and start his own roofing company. It just so happened that I need to have the dryer vent on the roof replaced as the previous company put the incorrect type on my roof. So, I called Taylor and that's when I discovered he had left the other company to start his own roofing business. Taylor agreed to replace the dryer vent for free, even though he no longer worked for the company that used the wrong dryer vent cover. Taylor came out and went up on my very high roof and replaced the dryer vent. I'm happy to say I no longer have issues with my dryer vent getting blocked.
I can speak to Taylor's commitment to excellence and making 100% sure the customer is completely satisfied with the work, price and follow-ups that might be needed. Taylor handles the entire process from replacing the roof to handling any other work that might also be needed for replacement, i.e., gutters, painting or any other jobs that might be required. Taylor was great to work with and I can highly recommend Taylor to handle any roofing jobs you might have. He will coordinate all the other aspects of the job and ensure you are 100% satisfied with all the work. Many roofing companies don't have the highest reputations and many are from out of state. Taylor is fantastic! I had a leak in my roof due to a Flashing issue. With rain coming I really needed to get it fixed ASAP, Taylor and Jorge came out and found the problem. They had their crew come out the same day and fix the flashing issue. I could not have asked for better service. I would highly recommend Taylor and Ninja Roof. I will definitely call them again!

Taylor @ Ninja Roofs is super timely and a high integrity guy. He came out very quickly and helped conduct an inspection at a very reasonable rate. He did not try to price gouge at all and was super friendly and easy to deal with the entire way. Would highly recommend him.
