Really enjoy this place for hanging out. I think the layout of the space is great - large picnic style tables with a projector for game watching. Great for large groups.

Friends and I cane for bingo on Tuesdays and had a blast - they have the official bingo board and the host was hilarious.

Apparently they have other fun activities like Super Smash tournaments on Monday

More of a cider gal, but my friends said they liked the beer! Parking is free on street and sometimes in limited spots in front lot.

A great little brewery that offers some fun infused beers.

Free street parking can be found. Discover is an accepted form of payment.

Nine Yards is set in the standard workshop/garage setting. Nine Yards is family and dog friendly. A few old-school arcade games are available for entertainment. Blast from the past. Free Wi-Fi is offered.

Waiter service is not offered. Orders are placed at the counter. Our server was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their beer. Very helpful.

I ordered a pint of Brilliant Blonde infused with Strawberry and Orange for $6. A refreshing glass of summer. Love it.

My wife ordered a pint of Long Cold Winter Ale for $7. She was quite satisfied with her draft choice.

Definitely stop by Nine Yards for a cold one when in Kenmore. Chill staff. Cool beer. Keep up the great work Nine Yards!

Lavender infused black currant cider....YES! SO GOOD!
Oh...and they have some delish beers too ;)

      Next door to 192 Brewery
Parking onsite or plenty of street parking
      Foodcart outside providing delicious noms
HUGE projector TV plus other TV's around their giant space
      Pool table
      Bike parking
      Pinball
      Semi-outdoor seating
Infused beers on tap for an additional $1

Only oddball thing was when we went in they did not have an IPA. I didn't ask but is this normal for them? I went with their Homewrecker Red which was tasty but I do enjoy my IPA's...just something to note. The summer cervesa w/lime added tasted flat unfortunately.

Overall inexpensive pricing. Nice staff. Good joint.

      Game day!

I would love to write a review of their beer but, after waiting for 20 minutes and having a beertender walk past me twice while I was seated at the bar with zero acknowledgement, I left and took my business elsewhere.

The place wasn't busy at all and I worked in the industry so I do have an idea of what a beertender should be doing, even on the busiest nights with a short handed staff. This was one of the only lame experiences I've ever had in the craft beer industry. Oh well.

This used to be our favorite Kenmore Brewery: (
They have a great beer selection and some really cool flavors - i wouldnt say the quality is anything to rave about but still some pretty good finds. What we liked most about this place was the service, pool table, and that it was dog friendly. We haven't been in for a few months and came the other night with our dogs and found out they opened up a kitchen so dogs aren't allowed anymore. They have a 'dog-friendly patio' which is a narrow extension in their parking lot with tiny wood chairs. It's too bad because we have always enjoyed their food trucks so it wasn't like food wasn't available. We used to love hanging out here and meeting up with other dog people. We came on a Saturday night and it was dead - i vote to close the kitchen (invite the food trucks) and bring back half your Seattle population, dog lovers!

This place is fun, and the staff are cool. The beer needs to get better. A lot better. It's lucky that this is next to Cairn, because only by comparison to them is this beer acceptable. Bad execution, bad planning, maybe poor water profile. Not good.

Skeeball and NBA shooter makes it a worthy stop though. Huge tv for games too.

      Great entertainment, beer needs help.

Well... maybe I just picked the wrong beers and the wrong night....in light of all the positive reviews.

If you want a beer-tender who totally ignores you (after providing the beer ) despite a 20% tip right off the bat...) - inc. not even an offer of desperately needed water on a hot July streak...

If you want crappy beer (the Sweet Cervaza Lime) or very mediocre beer (the Blonde Orange) - and modest guest tap (some dark beer) - then this is definitely the brewery to hang out at. Give credit at least for the Finn River Black Currant Cider - which was pretty decent - certainly a 7/8.

Ok - you are on your own. I, for one, will not be returning - and will just look for some local dive bar - where I expect to do much better.

More great options around the corner from 192 Brewery and Cairns Brewery! This brewery operates out of what feels like a large airplane hangar. There are arcade games in the back corner and traditional board games up front in the lockers. Cafeteria style seating gives this a real beer hall feel and there is something for everyone to drink. There were too many good options for me to decide between so I ordered a flight. You can order as many tasters as you want and they range from $2-$3 each. After a couple of tasters I played some skee-ball and then enjoyed the sun coming in from the window before getting back on the trail to head home. Looking forward to my next ride up to this area.

You can hardly keep up with all the breweries opening these days, even when you try. If you're not trying, forget it--just drink whatever sounds good. There are too many to keep up with. Whew. We now have two breweries right around the corner from one another, just off the Burke-Gilman trail, ready with suds to quench your bikery rollerbladery thirst.

These guys have a great big warehouse space in Kenmore, where there's a lot of light-industrial stuff happening. Breweries are great at coming in to convert unused spaces, and that's what's happened here. You park out front in a lot where you feel like welders and machinists probably used to park when they showed up for work. Inside, there are massive high ceilings, and walls far enough apart that you could damn near lay out a football field. They've roughed in storage space, refrigerator space, and a couple distinct seating areas around the bar. The bathrooms are fairly basic.

The bar is the center of the room, and you can stop there for a beer, or continue past it for a tour of the brewhouse. There's a TON of available space to add lots more tanks in the future, when they get to that point. There's seating at the bar, and there are couches around the corner. In the main space, there are lots of tables and chairs under a projector throwing TV onto a giant wall across the room. This is clearly a fun place to watch the game, and they probably do movie nights as well.

The staff here have that bald tattooed quirkiness that's very common to the beer industry, and they're pouring a medium-sized lineup of house beers. They're still dialing in their system, so the beers aren't quite ready for prime time yet, but they immediately and very cheerfully took a sour off our bill when we pointed out that it had gone completely flat. I love seeing all the progress in the beer business around here, and to watch things almost bursting at the seams with all this activity. The fact that these guys are right next to a major exercise thoroughfare and one of the quirkier outdoor tasting rooms around, well, that just makes it all the more fun.

Rick is amazing !! His playlist is epic, he made sure my beer was never empty and killed the spider in the bathroom so I felt safe. I will definitely return when Rick is working so I can experience such personal service!! Rick made my night !!
