Unless you like poor customer service from an agent who has zero respect for other people's personal property, I would keep shopping for an insurance agent. I am in the process of moving my policy to a new agency because this agency is unprofessional and their customer service is nonexistent. I would rather be uninsured than have this company profit off of me.

A wonderful, strong, independent woman owns this business and it's as good as it gets! If you are tired of being treated like just a number by other insurance agencies, this is the way to go. Tricia sat down with me for over an hour to discuss my needs and my budget and then she worked hard to find the right policy for me. I always try to stay away from the "big box" companies, as much as possible, so it was nice to find this business run by a real human being.
