I have mixed feelings about this place. The food is great but it expensive for what you get and the menu is incredibly inflexible. Every time I try to exchange one topping for another (for instance asking to add avocado but hold the bacon or ask for roast beef on a sandwich instead of chicken) the manager makes the cashiers charge $2.59! I don't know if this is normal across the chain or just at this restaurant. The manager here doesn't have great customer service

The food was good but if you order takeout double and triple check you have everything. They were missing items from my order.

Had a Mediterranean salad with chicken added delivered by grub hub. My order arrived sooner than expected. The Salad was fresh and a large portion. Very tasty Mediterranean dressing. A bit pricey for a salad in my opinion.

It might have been good but GrubHub's delivery was so long and left in the wrong place that the food never really had a chance.

This is an excellent shop. You can grab a great bowl of soup and salad or half a sandwich. Pizza and pasta salad is also great.

Before the pandemic, I ate here frequently and loved it. I even did curbside a few times afterwords. Yesterday, I decided to eat in for supper. There was a gentleman waiting to order when I walked in. We waited and waited but there was no one at the register. He said he'd been standing there for around 15 minutes. I politely called out to some employees cutting up by the kitchen. One came over and said he'd just been up to see if we needed anything. The other customer said he wanted to order. The employee walked away! Both of us waited a few more minutes discussing how good the place used to be. It was both of our first inside visit back. We finally left.

Don't bother as they obviously don't want customers any longer.

Tasty and healthy food. Last time I went they said they didn't have the chips I wanted. Turns out they did have it when they brought my food and gave me an extra side of soup and cake along with the chips. I come here frequently and they are consistent with their quality as well.

Sweltering inside without A/C, the dead bugs on the window ledges even look miserable. Won't be coming back until winter.

Food is usually always good. We ended up with a very hateful front end person. Do not ask for anything on the Round table because it makes the worker so mad. The last few times we have been here the front end workers were so hateful. Covid is pretty much over now. Will you not bring your Round table back out so that customers can get what they want? The prices are so high there needs to be some type of reward

Tried for the first time today. Won't be returning. meal took too long to come out for mediocre food.
Kids wouldn't finish their Mac & cheese (what?!) or their fruit cup (basically just grapes), but my son said the coleslaw was very good.
Chicken in the sandwiches was dry and lacked flavor (tried both the Chicken Pesto and the Newk's Q).
Ordered the Black & Bleu salad because the picture looked delicious. Returned it (in exchange for a sandwich ).
First, the salad was DRENCHED in dressing. And not Blue Cheese like the description - it was ranch - my husband confirmed it too.
Second, the steak was well done and cut so poorly it was one big mass of meat.
Third, after I re-read the description, I don't think there was any pecans and there definitely weren't the amount of tomatoes, onions or cheese bits in it like there is on the picture. #advertisingfail
I should've taken a picture before returning it. It was greens drenched in white and not the healthy looking salad I was hoping for.

Service was okay. The lady taking the salad back acted pretty inconvenienced taking the salad and bringing out a new dish but they did well enough getting a new plate out (Newk's Q).

Had a very nice lunch here today. Cashier was very accommodating with our diet restrictions. Large portions. Very nice establishment. The salt and pepper shakers needed cleaning or I would give 5 stars. It's just terrible to pick it up and it be nasty to the touch.
