now my bf and i just went to order a stromboli and my bf went go get the order when he comes out he telling me how nasty rude and rasict one of worker was to him !!!!!! if u black ur u shouldnt support this place my bf didnt deserve such a horrible ignorant rude experience after spending money here to have walk out irked because the worker was handling thr order and giving werid looks to him ... fuck this rasict ass place ... and yall arent even american trying to rasict to blacks when this is our damn contry and black are ur main people who fund ur business .who ever that worker is needs to get fired yall just lost 2 loyal costumers..... smh this place is trash oh and the food isnt even that good & heres a picture of when we went eat it not fully cooked and not baked together like it should be .!

Food is really good customer service suck I won't order there no more if I'm spending money have some respect training needed for real just going down hill with the y'all customer service no thanks I'll spend where I'm respected

Awful. They never showed up with our order. I called, and the person was ready to hurry me off the phone. When they first answered, it was to tell me they were closing. When I finally got to say we were waiting on an order, he just said his driver was on the way. Very dismissive and unfriendly.

Update: Order never came! To add insult to injury, the next day, 2 employees dismissed my request to speak to a manager. One to tell me to call back later when they showed up (yeah right), and the other to say they were too busy to talk. I was then told my Grubhub order never existed. Well it did! Thankfully, I ordered through Grubhub so they could process a refund.

Stay far away!

Just placed my last order from the 52nd street. Its about the 3rd time I ordered a chicken steak and got a chicken cheese steak. They bullshit too much and quality of food and now trash. The convenience isn't even worth it any more. Could have gotten better food at the poppy store.

They literally had me waiting 2 hours for a small pizza and when it got to me it was cold chees all stuff had to microwave it then when I called to complain and asked for a refund of my money or a new pizza they hung up on me so I called back and they told me it's too late to make you a new pizza we getting ready to close and already have a lot of orders

The customer service is horrible and the food sucks. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. I recieved the wrong food and when I tried to call back to let them know I kept getting hung up on.

New Star is not good at all because the delivery is so slow I only ordered a wrap and lamb with fries.That took an entire hour and thirty minutes then the delivery guy acts like he doesn't know my address.What annoys me is I live around the corner from New Star Pizza it's insane.

OMG. The customer service here is terrible. My food took a whole hour to come only for them to mess up the order. I ordered curly cheese fries & I received curly fries with nothing but ketchup.. I called and told the girl who first answered the phone exactly what happened & she put me on hold for the next girl & the next girl to ask me pick up or delivery. So I told them that my order was messed up and they asked for a ticket number from off my receipt, & she seemed surprised when I told her it wasn't a receipt in or on the bag which is why the delivery driver couldn't follow the delivery instructions. Leave the receipt on the bag so they can read it duh. A bunch of fucking morons in this place. Anyway, I got a call back from another girl saying her manager whom I heard talking in the background asked what was wrong with my order.. I told like 5 different girls what was wrong with my order they couldn't send the message ? Unprofessional ass manager. Why not get on the phone yourself. Im an assistant manager myself at a food place and the general manager and I handle all customer issues ourselves. So anyway after repeating myself for the fifth time she said that they will send my correct fries and told me to hold on to the other ones for the driver to take back. Anyway, Its been about 2 hours and I even watched a whole movie and the fries not here yet... Im only on 40th street y'all on 52nd street , wtf is taking so long. I finished my cheesesteak an hour ago I don't even want the fries nomore, give me my money back & that's that. Never again will I return I don't care how good that cheesesteak was. What y'all need is new management and to fire all those dizzy broads working there. But on a lighter note ead & hurry up with my money.
