Reasonable time. Place is not clean. I asked how long & was told an hour & half so I went to the gym & returned in 1.5 hours & vehicle wasn't serviced & wasn't in the garage to be serviced. I was told they were waiting on my windshield to come in. However no one called to say it will be a little longer. I waited inside about 30-40 minutes Longer. The customer service & communication is a 1 star. No prices are visible. You're given a rate by one worker & possibly another rate by another worker. I assume people go there for the price alone.

Window tinting was not done properly. After 4 attempts, I went to a new shop. I don't recommend for window tinting

Windshield cracked on the way back from a road trip. Called New Orleans Finest and they were able to see me the next day. Car was ready in about 4 hours and the prices were lower than Safelight.

big black guy with small dreads did my tent. first day I was there my car was sitting for 6 hours just for rent. then the tent pulled off and now I come again the next day and I was the first one here again and was here for 4 hours for two small window. He's helping other people and skipping my car. I wouldn't recommend this place!!!

Their service is impeccable!!! They did my windshield replacement on my Mercedes and were very reasonable. I appreciate them and will be back for other services.

This establishment has the most professional owner I have dealt with in a long time. He demonstrates his desire to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Even if it requires him to go beyond the call of duty.
Their tint technician is very efficient. You will be satisfied.

Sooo; I shopped around looking for a new windshield and stumbled upon this place.... & OMG what an AMAZING find!!! Not only did they do an amazing job on my windshield (and directed me to the nearest shop to get my break tag replaced), they did an awesome job on my car wash,too! I was in and out in no time! These guys do GREAT WORK!!! No other place will be able to give you the solid quality of work, anywhere near the price! 5 stars to this company for the level of customer service, quality of work and all around experience!!! Thanks so much again!

This place is awesome! I had an emergency with a rental while on vacation and they were able to see me immediately, and for waaaaay less than anyone around.
Customer service was great! They were waiting for us and jumped right on it.

I don't normally write reviews but this place is amazing I went there to get my windshield replaced after running across the place they did the job extremely fast and after I got a detail from them since I seen lance Moore from the saints come in to get a detail and it was amazing my truck has never shined like that it looks better now than it did leaving the dealer, and the wait wasn't bad since they had an indoor waiting area with a big screen and free wifi so I watched netflix while waiting

Although I've been here before, today was the worst experience I've had thus far. I pulled up and waited more than 5-7 minutes for someone to even ask me what I was there for. Needless to say I didn't get my car washed because after about 10 minutes no one came to wash my car. Smh
