New Image Advanced Laser Skin Center

I could not be more ecstatic and thankful for having found Cindy, Dr. Mall, and the rest of the amazing team at New Image! I primarily came here for weight loss, and with Cindy's 24/7 guidance and support, I can proudly say I dropped 30 pounds and 14 inches! I was armed with all the information I needed to succeed, and it truly paid off!

They do so much at New Image, and I haven't gotten to try the vast majority of what they offer, but I've gotten facials from Cindy and I always leave feeling great! Cindy really has done so much for myself, and she has always made it so I always feel special, important, catered to, pampered, etc.; truly a VIP treatment. She and the team are some of the sweetest, kindest girls, and they are so knowledgeable about what they offer and the services they do. I always feel like I'm in good hands!

Cindy is the best! I saw her for facials during my pregnancy and this week I had my first pico way laser with her!
This was my second time having the laser, the first time i went to another shop in town and they laseres my face for 15 minutes, I saw no results and was a huge skeptic.
I trust cyndi and she encouraged me to try the pico way with her, I did my face and neck and she spent 2 hours on me. I 100% believe I was jipped the first time.
I trust this salon and believe they deliver quality treatments and are very trustworthy. My skin is already tighter and my pores smaller. If you have any doubts about lasers I encourage you to schedule a consultation with cyndi before going anywhere else. Just because two places have the same laser doesn't mean they know how to use it properly, get your monies worth and see cyndi!!

I hope ad a monthly membership for Laser skin care at this facility over a year ago. I Canceled it and moved out of state. A year later they started charging me $200 a month again. I've called and left a message letting them know that they need to stop charging my card. They have not stopped. They have now charged me $600 for three months and I live nowhere near Las Vegas.
Tried calling again today a few times and their mailbox is full.
Hoping the clinic manager sees this and stops charging my credit card. It doesn't seem like there's any other way to get a hold of them. Do not recommend.

Dr.Mall was excellent and straight to the point. A very genuine guy. If considering get a cortisone shot, go to him. First time customer you'll need a consultation which is free compared to other business.

Well...I have had some dark spots in my face for a few years now which have been bothering me. I felt as if I woke up one day with the dark spots suddenly on my face. I was referred by a good friend which took me about one year to schedule an appointment thinking my dark spots could not go away. Boy was I wrong & regret not scheduling a year ago. After my first visit with Julie, I was amazingly surprised & super excited to see how much my dark spots cleared up & some had even disappeared. Not only did Julie do an amazing job but she was also very informative & super friendly. Julie literally has changed my life . Thank you Julie!!

I've been meaning to write a review for New Image, but wanted to wait post appointment to determine if I was healing properly to share my results.

First impression: I was greeted by nice and friendly staff who offered me water and a nice lounge to sit in. Oddly enough, while I was waiting, a patient sat down next to me and asked me what type of treatment I was having. I asked why, what's wrong here? She spoke softly and quietly (as if she was in the witness protection program), and whispered that she didn't see any significant results for an under eye procedure she received from the office. I politely listened, and told her I was coming in for something entirely different and will make my decision, and happy to share comments after my treatment.

Treatments:

1. Laser sun spot removal and healing process was successful! Cindy was very gentle during the process and quite informative. Cindy even noticed teeny tiny cherry spots on my arms which she said could be removed by laser as well. Thank you for an amazing experience, Cindy! You're the best!! My treatment alone with Cindy: 5 stars.

2. The second treatment was with B****a. Very nice, but didn't go into the process of what was about to take place. I thought I was going to receive laser treatment, but low and behold, she is scraping the surface of of my skin, then places solution on top that nearly burns my face. She told me that it would only burn for a few minutes. What?!?! No solution should have that type of effect - not for a few minutes - not ever. It felt like a lifetime of pain and agony. Extremely excruciating and painful. So much so, that I had to ask her to STOP. I also mentioned that I was not aware of this technique and asked why we couldn't use the laser method. She replied that "this was the only way right now". Needless to say, I left with the right side of my face burning in agony.

Would I go back? Possibly back to Cindy for services, but opting out of the second treatment.

Tip(s): They do try to cross sell services with first time patients in an enclosed room. Not sure if this is a positive approach? I can't blame the esthetician, but it's definitely a reflection of the practice's model of cross selling and the need to up sell. Also, prices aren't transparent and vary by what has to be done. I was disappointed with the way the consultation went with treatment #2 since she glanced over my face and gave me a verbal estimate. No concrete way to determine if I was getting a good quote, price. It would help to have estimates "written and documented". Also, I would like to recommend that the office provide written "post procedure" instructions before a patient leaves. Everything was shared verbally. On a positive note, they do have a 20% disc offered on Yelp for first time patients.

New Image is AMAZING! The staff is always so friendly and cheerful. They always make me feel so welcomed. I went in because I had melasma. Cindy is so knowledgeable and makes me feel confident in getting these treatments.
So far Ive done 4 treatments and my skin has never looked more healthy and glowing. I also started using skinceuticals products and I swear by it now. It has changed everything. I highly recommend New Image to anyone looking to improve their skin and body.

Dr. Mall is awesome and New Image is a very modern and comfortable facility. Very personable, knowledgeable and fair with pricing. He was very meticulous with my tattoo laser removal and the help staff is very friendly as well. He uses the PicoWay laser which is the best laser on the market because its super gentle on your skin. I've been removing my sleeve for about two years and have used many different lasers most of which have left scaring unlike the PicoWay which has been great. The results you get with the PicoWay are delayed...at first the tattoo may look darker for a month or two but then it dramatically fades as the ink is pushed out of your skin.

This was my first visit to New Image and not enough time has passed to comment on how well the session faded my tattoo so I will update when it does.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 on my experience so far is because the office doesn't send out any kind of appointment reminders or acknowledgments that you've even made an appointment and when I left message I often never even received a call back.

I LOVE BRENDA AND NEW IMAGE. I am so grateful, I found the BEST Laser office in Las Vegas with 5 stars for the past 10 years.
I have been coming here for 7 years and I am so pleased with my results. Brenda's work ethic and the way she listens to her clients deserves more than 5 stars! She makes you feel comfortable when she works on your skin with her sweet upbeat personality.
Brenda takes pride in her results as well as the way you feel with her services. She will go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with your results. Brenda's bulk of business is from referral and I can see why! I am happy with my results and happy to refer her to anyone wanting to improve their look with laser treatment.

I absolutely LOVE New Image. I went there for my first time recently and I got a pumpkin peel done by Michelle. It was the most relaxing facial that I have ever had. She also gave me a massage on my neck, shoulders, and arms and it felt amazing!
I got the pumpkin peel done before I went to an important event and it made my skin look radiant and less irritated. I would definitely recommend New Image because the staff also treat you VERY well and they are all easy to talk to and will be willing to answer all the questions that you have.
I can't wait for my next visit!
